The staff member refused to give me privacy to change, staring at me while I undressed. She then proceeded to make inappropriate comments about my age and body, comparing me to her grandson in a shaming way saying I'm skinny and 15even tho I'm 24&her grandson is 23. To make matters worse, she took a phone call during my massage and discussed "special services" right after telling me massage only and pricing ($150/hr) right in front of me using industry shorthand. It felt very sketchy and unprofessional. The massage itself was poor--only the back was worked on. Despite the "new management" claims, this place feels unprofessional and suspicious.
