I ended up getting a 70 dollar discount I believe. Now 7+ months later eye hub is contacting me with a bill for 220 dollars saying that insurance declined coverage because i used them at a different retailer. I guess it's my fault they dragged their feet to bill my insurance? Never in any medical capacity have I experienced something like this. The numbers also seem extremely fishy to me

I discovered I was absolutely right. In addition to Dr. Koetter being wonderful, really listening to my concerns, and taking a lot of time to address those concerns, the updated, modern knowledge she has versus my prior doctor was very helpful. The office technology was great, the staff was great, they shipped my contacts quickly to my door, and it was overall a professional end excellent experience. Again, there was nothing "wrong" with my prior doctor, but she has been in practice for about 20 years, and I don't think she has stayed on the edge of learning since that time. This was an updated experience, and I will certainly return.

I have no idea what happened to my glasses, but they were quite difficult to fix: there were two women who attempted to help, until eventually calling in their expert, who was able to fully adjust the glasses correctly. Each person to help was incredibly nice, and I noticed that the two women who weren't able to fix my glasses followed closely behind the expert to learn how to fix it themselves in the future. I was thoroughly impressed by everyone's eagerness to help, drive to learn, and overall care.

Service was good and of course outside of them making sure you get the right prescription it comes down to choosing the best frame, which is quite daunting with all the choices. Today's Vision has a very large assortment of high-end styles such as St. Laurent's and Tom Fords to the sporty frames such as Oakley. Decided to look on Groupon just to get a good deal on a contact exam because I just needed a new RX; been wearing the same lenses for several years. Lucked up and found Heights Vision Specialists had a Groupon for an eye and contact exam plus fitting. I looked at reviews on Yelp and Google before purchasing the deal. They were stellar so I decided to take a chance. I made an appointment right away because if they had stated it would be a month before I could be seen (that has happenned before with a few Groupons I purchased) I was going to request a refund from Groupon. However I was thoroughly surprised that Heights Vision Specialist had a few appointments the same week. The Groupon was not a big deal at all and I was told I would receive paperwork to complete electronically. It was sent the same day and thank goodness- it was not lengthy at all, but I figured it would be more when I actually came to the office. Fast forward to my appointment day. Private lot is ample for the area the practice is in. The door to the office actually leads to a little lobby and elevator to take you to the office. Its really quiet, clean, and state of the art. In fact, the selling point for me to come back is no more air blown in your eye to take your pressure! Hallelujah! I also love that they are finding ways to efficiently streamline intake and security of forms, saving on loads of paper that they just shred. So, you get a laminated paper form that you complete with a whiteboard marker. It is scanned and they erase it throughly after use. You can also opt to get your Rx sent via email or on paper. In fact, I had my electronic Rx in my inbox before I even made it to my car! Most importantly, I enjoyed being cared for by Dr. Gross. She's very knowledgeable about eye care, was through with her examination, and provided insight on something that was never brought to my attention with a Dr. I had for ten years. It will be a drive when I go, but I don't mind driving to get quality care and great customer service. Dr. Kurjee is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to get to know her patients. She has an amazing bedside manner and we have 1000% confidence in her. Dr. Laham is also a gem! He is highly professional, has the ability to connect well with his patients and really takes the time to address our concerns. It was quick and efficient to make an appointment and they give you a reminder call just in case you forget. On the day of my visit I was impressed by the waiting area which was very modern and chic. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and even though I was new to this place I felt very comfortable. After a brief intake by the technician I was greeted the Doctor Who took the time to listen to my past history with stigmatism And conducted a thorough exam and concluded that I needed an updated prescription. My friend who went there a couple weeks prior to me going there had the same concerns and voiced it to me, but I thought it was so prosperous that I didn't believe them. In this day and age with Covid and flu season, it's disgusting that they're not trying to protect their customers with wiping or cleaning their equipment between each customer. I'd never go back for unsanitary concerns.
