USE THE SWEETWATER WEBSITE INSTEAD!!! I ordered a guitar a year ago and after months of calling their customer service line and each representative told me something different I was ready to give up. BUT they went ahead charged me for it. Each time I called they told me I had to pay again or told me to call my bank or (this was the most common) it'll be there in a couple days. I downloaded Yelp specifically to give this company a review. HOWEVER, I ordered off of Sweetwater instead and got it within the week. Customer service was fantastic (shout out to Eddie). All in all a very lovely experience. I still haven't received a refund for the guitar from music & arts and doubt I ever will and I'm not the only one. All the negative reviews on google say the same thing so you have to know you're doing something wrong. read more

We really like the teacher my daughter had for her lessons, but then they started enacting their own mandates and were very strict about it - even when it was not a statewide mandate. I am not willing to make my daughter follow rules that don't make sense for her. So, we had to leave. They lost a long term customer, because my daughter loves her instrument and I have a son who will also start lessons soon. Hopefully this will help some people who understand what I am saying. read more

This place is amazing!!! They have the best staff ever and they well take care of your needs! The instrument selection is large and you can eat almost anything you need. If you're looking for a tuba, I doubt you an get it but I'm not a tuba player so... I don't know. They can repair your instruments for you and they do they work you'd expect. I've had problems with the brand new instrument I got from them and they just took the first one and gave me another new one for free. They are amazing!! read more
