Currently I'm renting a musical instrument from here. One day I've received a notification about an order on its way. I didn't order anything, however, it showed up on my doorstep and I got billed for it. I had to drive to the store to return the items I didn't order and figure out what's going on.
Coming to the store in person, I wasn't helped then and there - while being on the call with the manager trying to figure out what happened with my "ghost order", the salesperson abruptly finished it just to answer another (rather lengthy) call. With the end not in sight, I did ask politely to finish helping me first and then returning to the other task, my complaint was dismissed. Like "yeah sure" and just keeps doing what she was doing. I understand that there are not enough salespeople, however, it's not an excuse for being rude.
It took me multiple calls to the Support Center to figure out there's been a glitch in the system and now there are multiple issues like mine, with people being charged for what they didn't order and now we have to pack it all, send it to UPS and then get the refund. Extra driving, explaining, packing, dealing with a mistake you've never made, all is Courtesy of Music and Arts. And no guarantee it won't happen again, since I have a customer account with them.
