I told him that my name is misspelled and I would like it corrected. He not only didn't correct his mistake, he acted like it was no big deal. I went today to pick up my guitar and said the same thing. This other guy wouldn't correct the error either. He said that my account would have to be deleted and that I would have to have a new account. I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran with over 40 years of Federal Service in my middle 60s and I don't understand treating paying customers like this! It's just wron!

She entered Sylvan reading at a kinder level (beginning year Kinder.) She left after close to 150 hours of instruction time. Still reading at the same level... They have "benchmarks," that they're suppose to achieve. But their grading system makes no sense, and it will continue to show growth. But there really wasn't any growth. They use the iPads the whole time, the teacher doesn't really teach them. The iPad does. This was the worst investment I could have ever made. I asked them after we found out if she was dyslexic if this would help. They of course said yes. But it didn't. And then towards the end they want you to come in so they can sell you in more hours. I didn't schedule that appointment because I knew i wouldn't continue. They never followed up with us, and we just kind of went on our way. She has since gotten tutoring specific for dyslexia and is doing fantastic!
