I bought a mower and in 10 days it completely stopped working I was quoted over $1,000 in repairs (I purchased it for around $1,300 with tax). The had gave me a 14 day guarantee, at 10 days I am being refused my money back, store credit, or any kind of return. They have offered to send it to a mechanic, but they will only "get it to running condition" and does not guarantee a complete fix because "things break, I don't know what's good and what's not".
