I had the pleasure of stopping into this business Monday morning looking for a headphone amp when Aaron informed me that they had recently sold out. He proceeded to give more info on when it might arrive with out me asking! I decided at that point I'd give the shop some business and buy an adaptor plug I needed and asked some more questions about that which he answered and even did some online research for me I purchased the plug and was about to walk out the door to the next shop I had already programmed in Maps to visit when I realized I had gotten good service and should see if I could think outside the box a give him some more business, so I started looking at used amps and pulled him away from a desk top Yamaha he was noodling with and give me a demo on the amp I was looking at , he obliged and gave me another demo to compare but I couldn't get the epic sound of the little desktop amp out of my head and it turned out to be more of what I was looking for so had him demo that on guitar and bass and bought it I don't believe there has been a time in my past I've gotten such good service from a kid less then half my age ever! Having been in the music biz for most of my life, I can spot a great music store a mile away! Rylan and Lori have done an extreme make over on the shop and it looks great! Not only that, they do their best to give you the best price and service on all of their products. If you have band instruments, they are the ONLY place in Southern Utah that has qualified instrument repair and an ultrasonic cleaner for your instruments. You would have to go to SLC for the next nearest place that has that. Go in. Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed. read more

Love this store! Great instrument repair team and friendly service. If you are looking for music books go here! They have TONS of music books. Really it's the most I've seen anywhere in Utah. Their guitar inventory is big and they even have a separate studio room where you can try them out. They also have lots of accessories for pretty much anything you can think of as far as music is concerned. A lot of to rate music teachers have lessons in the back for all types of instruments. I recently visited Music Works after moving away to Seattle for a few years. It was great to see the same knowledgeable and friendly staff that I had grown accustom to in the years past. I purchased my first guitar amp here and took lessons from Chris back in the day. I really enjoy the open feel of the updated store interior. This is definitely my go to shop with a great selection of equipment and good prices. I highly recommend them to anyone from beginner to advanced musician. I love this store. It has all your small items you might need, has a wonderful sheet music selection, has a really large selection of musical instruments also. They give music lessons (I took guitar classes there) and they also have a really great instrument repair department. If its broke they can probably fix it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and can help you in case you need some suggestions. They also have great sales during the year... so keep your eyes open for great deals. read more

Went very well went In and bought a bass for sale the price was great. Asked if I could test out an amp that was on sale and one of the workers immediately got up from what they were doing and helped me. Over all the customer service was great and the price can be expensive but that's what should be expected from a music store. If you do want to buy from there I suggest waiting for one of the sales. read more

The people at Music Works Saint George are so friendly and knowledgeable, I came in to request information on acoustic guitars for my 11 year old, the person working that day was so kind she answered every question my kid had and let him try out several style of guitars even though we did not purchase on that day, when he is ready we will return for all my musical instruments needs. read more

normally this store isn't open on sundays but i called for an emergency repair on a violin, they opened the store and did the repair just for me. the store was so nice inside and even smelled really great too! i'm used to old run down stores, this was refreshing to say the least. read more
