Very unfriendly staff kid must have been 30 overweight kept asking me how can I help you I was looking around made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I responded "I'm just looking around and checking prices and what you have Is that ok" after he asked me again 2 minutes later I left. let people look around your store perhaps the will buy something. I stopped looking at pawn shops years ago because most of what they sold was way over the cost of the same thing new. When I couldn't find the gun I was looking for, I ended up going to them all in town and even though I didn't find what I wanted, I found their prices were competitive enough that it made sense to buy a used gun for less. When I had one picked out, Jason showed me on I hadn't thought of that he said I might really like, which I did because it just fit better. And it was less expensive too which was a huge plus. Auto Passion Team. My son in law and my daughter both purchased an Audi from this used car dealer, one a Q5 the other a Q7. Both have had continual problems since purchased and both are now requiring new engines. I would not recommend this dealer to any one unless you are willing to spend $100 to $!50 for an independent mechanic to do an evaluation of the vehicle and it passes muster. I have done business with this shop a number of times over the past years, sometimes not really getting what I thought I should but did not want to shop around. This am I took ring into shop to sell for gold, at first guy at counted offered $60 which is what I wanted, then he said would have to check with the (BOSS) who then offered $50. I explained how I had done business with them and they surely made money off me and $60 would make me a happy camper, he did not budge and gave me a listing of other shops and said to shop around and hinted to leave store. So I did just that, first place offered me $40, seond one $48, but then the third shop offered me $60 rite off the bat, just what I wanted and was also friendly. This is an honest pawn shop. They bend over backwards to help you and there are some great deals to be had at this shop. If they can't help you, they are comfortable giving you the names and locations of the other pawn shops in the area so you can check them out and see if they will give you a better deal. Excellent friendly customer service. Looked all around town for the best price on a new glock, heard this establishment carried new guns, gave them a call and they had the gun I wanted brand new in stock.
