My big problem with this place is this one employee named Michelle. She is extremely rude. She constantly rings things up wrong and when you point it out, she gets all pissy at you. She acts like you are a lower being then her cause you are shopping at a pawn shop. I have walked in and then walked out before when I saw that she was working there. She is by far the worst employee I have ever dealt with in my life. They really need to fire her cause they are losing business. It isn't just me either, I've seen her treat other customers in the same matter.
