At the check-in desk, the receptionist provided a token for a free appetizer from the on-site restaurant, and there was a basket of complimentary cookies for guests! My room seemed more renovated than the photos of the hotel rooms online, which was a pleasant surprise, and was extremely comfortable. The TV had the option to cast from your personal device, so you are able to stream Netflix/YouTube from the big screen! I had no issues with the wifi during my stay. There was also a black-out blind which helped since the sun does set until after 9pm here! The location was also extremely convenient located on Main St - walking distance to downtown (1 mile), and just a short drive to Fremont Lake Park. The restaurant is open weekdays starting at 4pm, and has weekly specials. You can choose to eat at a table in the restaurant, or order to-go and have your meal delivered straight to your room. The continental breakfast buffet runs from 6-9am and is stocked with fresh fruit, an array of bagels/english muffins, and even an automatic pancake machine!

He prepared a beautiful light breakfast for my early start of the day. My room was the telephone room. The bed was very comfortable and the focal wall had restored wood from the local telephone company. The room hosted other nostalgic telephone paraphonilia as well. I was so pleased with my stay I made sure to let others in the same business know what a great place to stay this was. I will keep this at the top of my list for the next time I am in the area. We had a gorgeous view and enjoyed nightly bonfires. We rented kayaks, fishing, and rented a golf cart. The kids loved getting ice cream everyday. The beach was great for kids, not too deep and even the little kids could jump off the dock. The owners were so accommodating and helpful with everything. They even gave us some of their own personal coffee filters because we forgot ours. They showed us the prettiest places to take the kayaks and were so kind. They did everything they could to make the whole experience perfect! We will definitely be back!

Only antena, no cable etc. The room was a hot tub room with lake view 250.00, very old carpet , drop ceiling, and what they called a hot tub was a jacuzzi tub with six Jets. Very Old. No coffee pot, no frig no microwave and you can not buy a pop and there is no ice. Dinner was included and dinner was fish sticks, what looked like boiled chicken in a red sauce and what they called meat loaf with instant potatoes, canned gravey, canned green beans and canned corn with dried out dinner rolls. We tried to eat it was so bad we went back to our room picked up our luggage and left. I'm sorry this was place is not worth even 10 min of your time.
