Sherry, who handled my X-rays, provided poor customer service from the start. When I asked questions, she spoke to me in a condescending tone and even made unnecessary comments about a cosmetic feature of my smile. She was not friendly, and her attitude made the entire visit stressful. I had believed I scheduled a cleaning, but apparently that wasn't the case. When that came up, Sherry told me I was "lucky" a hygienist had a cancellation, then made me sit down as I was leaving to explain how scheduling "works," even as I was visibly upset and crying. She told me there was no reason I should feel that way, which only made things worse. The dental hygienist who ended up doing my cleaning was kind and professional, and I appreciated her care. However, the overall environment was not welcoming. The male dentist also made repeated comments about how badly my orthodontist had done my braces when I was younger, which felt unnecessary and unkind. I won't be returning. I hope this feedback helps the office reflect on how patients are treated beyond just the clinical work.

I've had the occasional filling and the replacement of a failing crown, and she provides the best possible care. My dental hygienist is Shari, and she is the best. She is gentle and thorough at cleaning my teeth. Using a little camera, they can photograph your teeth which allows Maneesha to show you the condition of your teeth and gums. This makes it easy to understand the treatment options she recommends. The office staff are quite friendly, and it is easy to schedule an appointment. They take Humira dental insurance, along with other providers. I have found the staff to be very familiar with the requirements of the dental insurance companies and are willing to contact them on your behalf. This is very helpful, especially if you have ever had to try and contact your dental insurance provider and wait for the next available representative. This is a great relief! I found her to be unprofessional and unhelpful when I tried to get clarification about the charges and insurance adjustments. I went in expecting to have a front tooth fixed, but instead left feeling pressured into additional treatment and frustrated by the billing process.
