Spent about $100 for lunch. The standout for us was definitely the al Pastor--it was flavorful and the one thing we'd actually come back for. Unfortunately, the ribeye was very disappointing. It was overcooked, and the heavy char made the steak taste more burnt and bitter than enjoyable. The Quesa Birria was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. All in all, it was an average experience with one solid highlight, but not somewhere we'd rush back to except maybe for the al Pastor tacos.

My husband especially loves their pork belly and every Food Truck Thursday, pork belly is his go-to meal. The pork belly is slow cooked for 15 hours then deep fried to perfection. It comes with a side of rice and pickled vegetables. I really like their lumpia which is similar to a spring roll but filled with delicious pork. So good! We've also tried their bola bola, which is like a meatball on a steamed bun. Overall, they are a great addition to the local Food Trucks and one we frequent often. Definitely check them out!

I did not realize this was something not on the menu, but it doesn't seem like a hard thing to make at a Mexican restaurant ??? He replies rudely, "That isn't even something we have on our menu. Do you even know what you want to order?" I was not understanding why he was acting with disrespect, as neither my friend nor I had treated him with any behavior similar to his. He quickly says "I am going to give you guys 10 minutes to figure your order out and get it together." He leaves. We sit down, and I texted my friend what she wanted instead of a chicken quesadilla. He returns a bit later and we try again. She asked for a bean and rice burrito, so that's what I ask for. He slams his hands on the counter, and huffs and puffs about this order, too.
