Today, I called to confirm we were signed up for the Father's Day "Special" which was offered with pizza, and if we could order a 2nd bottle of this "special" wine, in advance. I was very rudely told by the manager, their online reservations were turned off, and there was no reservation for us. He then said, I should have known that they weren't accepting reservations, especially if I didn't receive a confirmation! It was offensive as I make a number of online & phone reservations, without getting a confirmation, and have never had a problem. Why should the customer assume that your reservations are turned off? There are a number of ways this manager could have resolved the situation, but he chose to blame the customer, which especially under these circumstances, (& in the restaurant business) is never okay. Never-the-less, there are so many pizza/Italian restaurants to pick from, we will be patronizing them from now on.

The spinach dip was mediocre and you don't get much spinach dip for the amount of bread they give you. The fried raviolis are mediocre. The best part of this is if you're looking for a piece of pizza or a pie, the price point is decent.
