Tried this food truck out at the Air show at Luke air force base. Man, bad decision. Only two options a cheeseburger with no sides that they claim is "the bomb" lol it tasted exactly like the ones you get at a school cafeteria in grade school. The other option was a pulled pork sandwich. I only tried the burger and based on how mediocre/bad it was I'm glad I didn't order any other food. They also offered pomegranate lemonade and as a big fan of all things lemonade I had to try it. I'd give it an 8/10 and the only reason they didn't receive one star. However, the cup was filled to the top with ice and they only filled it up 3/4 Of the way with lemonade. I mentioned to the guy "do you mind filling it up to the top at least". His response was "oh yeah, my bad man" I asked for napkins for the burger and they said they ran out. How does a food truck run out of napkins at 11am on an event that runs til 5pm? Meanwhile one of the workers was yelling at other workers for not moving the lines fast enough. Overall a pretty poor experience. Im Big on food trucks and I wouldn't even consider going back if my meal was free. I'd drink the lemonade and that's about it. read more

These festivals usually feature the worst of the worst foods and also the most expensive overpriced "normal" food items. At the International Sportsmen Festival, somebody was hawking a slice of "gourmet" pizza for 6 bucks and somebody else wanted $12 for mac and cheese. It was nice to find some real food and yes $10 for two sliders does appear a bit high, but it includes a cilantro lime cole slaw and two nice sized sliders loaded with their signature crispy cheese and fresh tomatoes. I had these two straight days and both days I feel I got decent value and a nice lunch. Ya know, one of those diamond in the rough kind of places. You can add bacon for $2, but not needed. read more

Attending en event at the Carlson Creek Tasting Room in Old Town Scottsdale, this food truck was conveniently located just up front. To compliment the wine tastings, the variety of sliders was convenient for a day like today! I was able to get the trio package which included the filet Mignon, crispy duck and pulled pork sliders. The smoky and fresh flavors of the meat were simply amazing! I also was impressed how quickly the food came out. Lastly I was very impressed to see duck being served in a BBQ style slider. Best food and best people! Their menu just absolutely sounded the best at the food truck Friday event but I was on a grad student budget so I decided to get the pomegranate lemonade. When they asked if I wanted anything else I told them my wallet wouldn't allow it this trip around. The sweet ladies were so kind and whipped me up one of their bacon cheeseburger bombs anyways! 1. Had the pleasure of ordering from this food truck at a work function that had about 8 different trucks to choose one. I settled on Circle R Farms for their delicious aroma that was coming from their truck. I ordered the burger sliders with Crisp Cheese and Lime Slaw on the side. Not sure if they were just trying to keep up with the crowd, but everything was a bit lacking. The slider was good and the beef was tender and well grilled/seasoned. Simple slider with simple ingredients slightly lacking execution. The crisp cheese wasn't crunchy goodness as I expected but more melted then anything. The Lime Cole Slaw was not that great for me. It seemed a bit rushed put together and perhaps wasn't given enough time to settle and really absorb the flavors. The owners were friendly and I'd gladly give t another shot perhaps with the duck sliders or pulled pork. read more

Amazing food. The duck sliders were off the charts good. They were able to modify my lunch because of my celiac. They were extremely friendly and inviting. The lemonade was wonderful not too sweet perfect ratio. I cannot wait to taste the filet mignon sliders. read more

Had Circle R Farm at Luke Days. Waited a few days to see if I was as mad about it as I was that day.. hey, I still am. Paid $12 for cheddar sliders with spicy aioli sauce. Received the burgers and there was literally NOTHING on them. Meat and bun. Ask about the cheese, he says they ran out. Ask about the sauce, he points to ketchup on the side of the truck. Worst cheeseburger I've ever had.. they should have been honest about missing half of the ingredients before we bought the burger. The guy didn't care, didn't offer a refund, nothing. The filet was good which is about all I can say. We walked up to order and the cashier took the order, processed the money, reached over and picked up the meat with bare hands and flipped the meat on the grill. He then went back to processing the money. Service was very fast. I decided to ignore gross violation of the health code since the meat was being grilled. Took a bite and it was very tasty. Unlike our friend from Ogden KS, we all know that food trucks move to where the action is and I have seen, Circle R farm at several locations in The Scottsdale Phoenix area and have never been disappointed in anything that I have ordered. From Filet mignon to pulled pork sliders it has been something different every time I have come across them. They have a variety of fresh healthy options that are second to no one. I have heard they cater as well as doing events I cant imagine how much fun it would be to have these guys at a party, the fun trailer and truck would be a hit that would never be forgotten. We chose to have a food truck for our wedding in May and, after trying out a few, we found Circle R Farms. We had filet sliders, duck sliders and veggie tacos on our menu, no seating plan (65 guests) and opened up the option to order food shortly after the ceremony ended. We were a little concerned about there being a long line and people not being able to get enough to eat. Our concerns were absolutely nothing to worry about! It went so smoothly! Robert was fantastic to work with. He's been in the food and bev industry for years. The food was delicious and our guests loved it! This weekend my husband and I ate at this food truck at Westworld. He had the Duck Sliders and said they were the best duck he's ever had in his life. I had the Filet Mignon Sliders and they were so delicious, they melt in your mouth. The portions were generous in addition to the fabulous cole slaw which was totally unique.
