This business disrespectful and unaccomodating to their customers! The owner rented us a tiller…read morethat did not work. We called the store to leave a voice mail explaining that the tiller was inoperable. He does not have a voice mail so we call him back at 8:00 am to have someone come to my residence to repair the tiller! The owner said no, he is the only one in the shop but made no attempt to have another employee come out and do the repair! We arrived at the shop at around 1:00pm jthe owner never apologized for the inconvenience, but immediately began to chastise us becaus we weren't speedy enough returning the tiller. He continued to attempt to intimidate us as customers and told us that next time we need to accommodate them or there would not be a refund. This is the worst mom and pop shop EVER!

Again she's potty trained. When any of this was brought up they said they'd look into it and nothing was done. They do not pay attention to the children, they send them home disgusting with rashes, bruises, scratches, bite marks and no explanation 90% of the time!!! Every time I've ever confronted the director AMANDA about situations she would try and flip the script on me and try and make me feel crazy when in fact they were negligent in caring for my child!! Every day I would drop off and pick my child up in a gym filled with children of all ages screaming and crying and confused without any adult supervision. The supposed teachers would be on their personal phones sitting in the back corner while the children just ran around...some no shoes, missing clothing, screaming because they were hurt, and they never even budged. I could walk in and grab my child and walk out and no one would stop me or even know I took her. BE CAREFUL because they will also lose all your child's belongings "SHOES". THIS IS NOT A PLACE YOU WANT YOUR CHILD!!!!! ESPECIALLY IF SAID CHILD HAS A FOOD ALLERGY BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ADHERE TO DIETARY RESTRICTIONS... My child was also kicked out because they had a licensing investigation on them for being negligent in caring for the children. Always fed, always clean, tons of activities for the kids, great place. Our daughter went there from 18mn.-9ish year of age before and after school care and pick up and drop off from local schools which is nice. Fair pricing, your kid will never go hungry there. I could hear all the babies crying in the other room, when I peeked in there were 2 adults and prolly a good 8 or so babies, half were crying. The one adult came to assist me, and left the other to tend to all babies on her own. Even tho half of them needed attention, the other lady was sitting on the window sill not even caring that babies were crying. My heart sank, these people had no love or even decency to help a crying baby. I would never put my kids in a place like this. I felt so bad for those babies in there, I wish that I could have saved them from the neglect they're getting at this daycare. This place is aweful and doesn't even deserve a 1 star

NO WAY, NOT HERE, these workers are proud of keeping this area clean and organized. And they stay on top of what's coming into this center by being at the gate when you pull in, not sitting in the office with their head focused in their phone. We drove all the way from Hamilton, TX , so we had to pay a small fee, but we didn't have a problem because we were trying to make what God blessed us with better by recycling.
