Communication with the staff was absolutely top notch, as was the technician who came out to do my installation. Rodney was punctual, honest, and extremely respectful of my space (also the fact that I was on work calls periodically throughout the morning). He was able to get me up and running in no time. Per my initial request, also he checked (and fixed) a wiring issue in my office ceiling fan, and double-checked the power in my office and also the outside box. As someone who lives alone except for four cats (whom I would not trust to work on anything electrical), that kind of peace of mind is priceless. And because Rodney was so awesome, he also put in a new air filter in my hallway that I bought but could not install. Erick Electric agreed to install a generator kit at my home. They agreed to provide parts to…read morecomplement my 13k watt dual fuel generator with 50 amp cable. They were provided photos of breaker box, generator and cable. Erick Electric arrived as agreed and completed install. I shared their completed install with master electrician and discovered the install was note completed to industry standards and failed to meet code. Erick Electric had installed a 30 amp transfer box not compatible with twist lock 50 amp cable. They installed a 40 amp breaker switch at lowest position and failed to install a safety Interlock switch to prevent improper power on sequence. This combination of parts was not adequate to properly transmit electrical current from a 13k watt generator. I had to pay a properly licensed electrician to properly redo kit. I refused to allow Erick Electric's apprentice electrician to do any additional work on my home. They only agreed to refund $200 of my $500 payment. I have filed a claim for full refund with Yelp Gauranteed. YG's claim process is not very responsive or informative. !!!DO NOT RECOMMEND ERICK ELECTRIC!!!

He told me that with the unit that low on freon, shooting in straight liquid was the way to get needed oil into the unit. R-22 DOES NOT contain oil. He just ruined my compressor! It's too bad there are NO stars. Stay away from them at ALL costs!

Called Double G Electrical company with an emergency because we had a chandelier that was falling,…read morehanging by 1 small srew. This happened after 7pm. The company assigned Hector. He arrived superfast with everything needed for the repair. We thought this job would be easy but when Hector stared to work we found out that the builder didn't attach the fixture to a 2×4 and used a plastic insert (not sure what it's called) to attach the chandelier instead of metal. Hector had to install all and worked with a smile on his face non stop until the job was completed over 3 hrs later. I highly recommend this company and they have earned my trust for future work. The price charged was very responsible. I will definitely be using them if we ever need any electrical work in the future. A very professional company.
