Have been here several times for the mission burritos. Really nothing special. They are massive. But a really mushy, soupy bomb of greasy yet dull tasting meat, low proportion of cheese and quac. Chorizo, Al Pastor and Carnitas are the meats we have tried. The Carnitas have been like watery stew meat - not crispy at all. Al pastor is the best of these three. Bottom line is the burritos are pretty much like those from all the other South Seattle roach coaches. Giving them one extra star as they are super nice people. Oh how I yearn for Bay Area burritos in these COVID days....

Haven't been to Muy Macho since they moved out of their restaurant but it's still the same I always get a wet burrito con el pastor. delicious and always a good eat I've been coming to muy macho since I was little with my dad he'd get posole and I'd get a wet burrito. Been my favorite forever, the truck is located right where the old restaurant used to be IF YOU KNOW U KNO there's parking where it is btw XD

    Veggie tacos

Bucked a U-turn for this taco truck. Delicious veggie tacos with flavor packed spicy sauce. My BF got the Al Pastor tacos which I don't have a photo of because it's in his stomach already but he said, "I never had tacos until I had THESE tacos." Easily accessible parking lot to turn into especially heading south from the north. Nice people! Will definitely be back for more.

Horrible service! Rude staff don't waste you time stopping. Support to trucks restaurants right near here instead.

The lady in this food truck is rude and the food isn't very good. Plus the homeless and vermin in this area are abundant.

The business prefers cash - no problem with that, it's a food truck after all. But their pricing is such that one burrito = $13.01 after tax. The child worker today tried to insist that I pay with card because I did not have a penny for her. When I refused to pay a 3% surcharge so they could have 1 penny, she kept arguing with me, despite there now being a line. I offered to cancel my order. She looked confused. I asked the line of 5 construction men if they had a penny - no one did. Any reputable business would've eaten the one cent and given me $7 change. No, I had to wait for the cook to take charge of the child, tell her to get cash from her personal wallet (in Spanish, I love when they assume a gringa can't understand them) and hand me $6.99. The quality is valuable and yet I still supported local. No more. It's difficult economic times for us all, but this much drama for one cent loses regular business.....and hopefully new business as well.

I have come almost every week since the first time I visited. The owners are super friendly and so passionate about their food. CASH ONLY. I love that they open late, serve fresh rotating pastor tacos, and have a large menu with so much variety. I highly recommend trying them out, our favorites are their Pastor Tacos, Buche Tacos, Cabeza Tacos, Lengua Tacos, Carne Asada Tacos y Tortas, and more. We also enjoy their fresh juices too, love their horchata, y aguas(fruit juices). Their salsas are delicious, I LOVE THEIR Habanero one, spicy but flavorful, red salsa and green salsa. All delicious! Usually on Saturday evenings La Quebrada has fresh-as-can-be al pastor tacos that they serve to you right off of the spit - conveniently setup directly in front of the truck. I've ordered the steak quesadilla, carnitas tacos, and chicharon tacos which are unique to this truck (pretty sure the other trucks around don't make those). All food was absolutely delicious! Give it a try!

It was quite busy when we got there, with most all of the tables occupied, with a pretty loud rumble in the room with all the people in there. Our server was good, very difficult to hear at times, due to the noise in the room. We all ordered something different, Carne Asada, tamales, enchiladas, and posole soup. I really enjoyed the posole soup, it's my go to dish while I'm there, this time they had a green special version, which I wish I would've been warned was extra spicy. I did eat it all, because it was really good. My wife enjoyed the chicken enchiladas, with the mole sauce, which is her go to. Our friends enjoyed the Carne Asada and the tamales. I've ordered the tamales on multiple occasions, and every time they've been dry. The dough and filling are so dense that I end up leaving most of it because it's incredibly difficult to chew and swallow. Most recently, I tried their burrito, and it was disappointing on multiple levels. The portion was very small for the price, and it lacked even the most basic seasoning. The meat didn't taste like it had salt or pepper. Honestly, burritos from Chipotle have more flavor. I also tried the shrimp tacos, which were about 80% lettuce and sour cream, with very little shrimp. Once again, the shrimp had no noticeable seasoning. This place used to be packed with authentic flavors, but the quality has clearly gone downhill. After this last experience, I won't be returning or recommending it to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food.
