The wait time is ridiculous, and the chicken quesadillas are a total ripoff. It's basically a pulled pork sandwich. $15 for this awful food? This place has to be the worst I've ever tried. Went here based on all the good reviews and yelp failed me yet again 1. Tongue tacos: absolute garbage. Probably some of the worst I have ever bought. It didn't even taste like lengua. No hot sauce included on the taco or provided on the side. $3 each for tiny street sized tacos, bad value. 2. Pupusas: these poked really promising and I will admit the outer layer was crispy and delicious. However, the main part is the inside and I was again thoroughly disappointed. I'm not sure what type of cheese they used but It didnt have the consistency, texture, or taste of cheese. I have couple of different cheese types and all bad inside 3. I love pupusa's! Not everybody can make them just right. This location knows exactly how to do them and you can tell, they're authentic. I ordered three of them with Jamaica Agua Fresca. I got the zucchini, the jalapeño, and the one with the lorocco. The curtido is amazing & the sauce! The cabbage was perfect. I enjoyed it so much. I came back the next day for a super burrito with Carne Asada, which is just as delicious. read more

Small food truck in the parking lot of rarely visited area for me but I will ALWAYS come here for Pupusas when I'm in the mood. They are fresh and packed with just the right amount of filling. My classic favorite is chicharron con queso. But I absolutely love their jalapeño con queso & squash con queso too. For me, the curtido (cabbage slaw) is done right too. Fresh yet slightly tart, adds the perfect texture to the topping of your Pupusa without taking away from the flavor. And the tomato sauce here, she is THICCCCKK. They don't give you the watery stuff here. It will lay right on your Pupusa. I hate when the tomato sauce is a watery mess that your Pupusa instead sits in just to get soggy. Call ahead as the wait time for Pupusas can be around twenty minutes. I mean you're not going to order just one are you?! read more

This place doesn't look like much as it's just a tiny food truck parked next to a gas station. But boy was this place a catch! They have two picnic tables for sitting outside, but it seems like most of their service is just takeout. The place was pretty busy on a Monday afternoon at 5pm and they seemed to have lots of phone in orders. It took 30-40 min for us to get our food after we ordered, which was honestly kind of annoying seeing tons of people pick up takeout orders. But I guess the place is just real busy! I ordered three pupusas (cheese/beans/pork, cheese/beans/loroco, and shrimp). They were all honestly very tasty and came out piping hot. They were crunchy on the outside and the variety of fillings were all so so delicious. The salsa that came with it was a little disappointing - not too tomatoey and pretty watery. The slaw/curtido was pretty average and could have been more vinegary and flavorful. I'd come back here for the pupusas - these are definitely the hottest, most tasty ones I've had in the area. But 100% would call ahead to order next time. read more

Well this was disappointing. Based on the reviews I was hoping to get a great meal but it did not delivered. Pros - truck is clean - customer service was great - they give you an electronic notification device to advise you when your meal is ready. - the loroco con queso pupusas are to die for Cons - took over 20 minutes to get two orders of pupusas and they were not busy nor had many orders. - took 30 minutes to get our drinks and a pan relleno. - revueltas are full of mostly beans and were very disappointing. - the pan took the longest and the taste was basic at best. You can tell the heated up the pupusa red sauce and poured it over the chicken. Cole slaw was left then a spoonful for the bread. Overall it's an okay place. There is no excuse to take 30 minutes to give us two cokes. We were done with the pupusas before we even got the drinks. If you come here, try the loroco and cheese. Those are delicious. I would pass on the revueltas and the pan for sure!! Ladies are very sweet but the majory of the plates were lacking. read more

A diamond in the rough. Stopped here on the way to pick a friend up from the airport, I ordered 2 al pastor tacos, 2 carne tacos Chicken tostadas, horchata Elote and the strawberries and cream. The tacos and the tostadas were amazing. The tostadas were perfect! I really enjoyed them. Corn was average and the strawberries was a waste of 5$. Horchata was interesting it wasn't Mexican style so it was almost peanut butter tasting. It was fun to try but I wouldn't order it again. Delicious fresh food. Don't be in a rush. Everything made fresh to order. Food was piping hot. Ordered the cheese and jalapeno pupusas and a Carne asada torta. So good. I ordered the chicken tostada plate and it came piled high with guacamole, shredded lettuce, sour cream, smashed beans (I know-re fried, lol), salsa and this gorgeous bright red colored marinated chicken. Definitely my new spot to pick up some Latin food before work! I came here the first time and had the chicken tacos, and a horchata. Definitely surprised that they don't have a salsa bar. But to my taste buds it was better without everything extra! The horchata has a roasted rice flavor to it. It was different but it was really good! I recently found out they sold pupusas and I'm HOOKED! I bought the chicaron and the spinach pupusa and they were AMAZING! Not only did they have it hot off the griddle but even the sauce was nice and warm too! Let me tell you, everywhere else had the cold sauce. They had the sauce out of the warmer! It was delicious since it's cold here in Seattle and all the food tasted better warm! Also the pickled cabbage is a must! They also have esquites, and fruit in a cup, and the fruit and creame cup, which I will have to try when I get back there again! Kind and quick service + very easily accessible from the airport. Just enjoyed three tamales de elote which were served warm and individually wrapped in foil, with a good size container of crema to accompany. The masa was moist and delicious, but still sturdy enough that you could break off a bit with your fork to dip in the crema. This flavorful, filling meal cost me about $6, which I considered a far better experience than I could possibly have at any of the nearby fast food chains. They have a canopy set up with two picnic tables if you'd like to eat there. I'll definitely be back! read more

This is in the chevron parking lot. Loved the hot and fresh pupusas! Also got the wet burrito and it was good. Nice pieces of dark and white meat shredded chicken. Their salsa verde is awesome! Thick and creamy you can taste all the ingredients. Everything seems fresh and homemade with care. Will be coming back but will call ahead to order since I had to wait awhile for my food but that was okay the smell of them cooking made time go by faster! Haha **Update! I was looking for taco trucks that took debit cards and happened to drive past this truck in the Chevron parking lot at the corner of S 152nd St & Pacific Hwy! It hadn't come up in my searches so I was eager to try something new. I ordered a Champurrado to keep me warm while I waited for my food and it needed a little more sugar but it was amazing. I know how I didn't know about this delicious drink. Then I ordered a steak taco, chicken tamales, a lengua taco, a steak burrito, and an order of cheese pupusas. The tacos needed some more flavor/seasoning, and I recommend getting the burrito without the lettuce as it was wilted. The pupusas were delicious and I would definitely come back for more yummy drinks and munchies :) read more

Came here because of the reviews... I don't think I've had a bad taco until I came here! First of all why the F*** was there cabbage all over my tacos??? Did I ask for it? Do tacos come cover in cabbage now? I ordered lengua, pastor and azada the lengua was dry and rubbery... WTF couldn't even eat it. The azada was dry and tasteless and burnt! The pastor was actually good but I only got one :( The lady was nice and friendly the food just sucked! I'm angry because I waited over 30min for it and got home and it was gross and I am still hungry!! read more

Stumbled upon this place by chance when filling up gas and we are so glad we did! Generous sized pupusas made fresh to order and amazing tamales! It was one of the most moist tamales I've ever had and coming from SoCal, I've had my share. It is located on the parking lot of a chevron gas station. They charge $0.50 fee for credit card purchase under $10 so bring cash (which helps small businesses anyway). Had to go back and get more tamales to go for lunch tomorrow and for sure will be back! No pictures because we devoured everything. read more

This place was absolutely amazing! I got two Carne Asada and two Carnitas and two Pollo tacos. They came with limes, radishes, and pickled peppers. Complete with a coke. Wanted some horchata, it they were out. I guess I just need to come back next time! And I couldn't tell if the green sauce was better than the red one, but the red one was actually spicy.
