Small food truck in the parking lot of rarely visited area for me but I will ALWAYS come here for Pupusas when I'm in the mood. They are fresh and packed with just the right amount of filling. My classic favorite is chicharron con queso. But I absolutely love their jalapeño con queso & squash con queso too. For me, the curtido (cabbage slaw) is done right too. Fresh yet slightly tart, adds the perfect texture to the topping of your Pupusa without taking away from the flavor. And the tomato sauce here, she is THICCCCKK. They don't give you the watery stuff here. It will lay right on your Pupusa. I hate when the tomato sauce is a watery mess that your Pupusa instead sits in just to get soggy. Call ahead as the wait time for Pupusas can be around twenty minutes. I mean you're not going to order just one are you?!

I got 4 carne asada, 2 al pastor, 1 pollo, and tostada

My favorite go to spot for tacos. Soo good here esp the pollo and al pastor with pineapple!! The workers are always kind too!!

This place doesn't look like much as it's just a tiny food truck parked next to a gas station. But boy was this place a catch! They have two picnic tables for sitting outside, but it seems like most of their service is just takeout. The place was pretty busy on a Monday afternoon at 5pm and they seemed to have lots of phone in orders. It took 30-40 min for us to get our food after we ordered, which was honestly kind of annoying seeing tons of people pick up takeout orders. But I guess the place is just real busy! I ordered three pupusas (cheese/beans/pork, cheese/beans/loroco, and shrimp). They were all honestly very tasty and came out piping hot. They were crunchy on the outside and the variety of fillings were all so so delicious. The salsa that came with it was a little disappointing - not too tomatoey and pretty watery. The slaw/curtido was pretty average and could have been more vinegary and flavorful. I'd come back here for the pupusas - these are definitely the hottest, most tasty ones I've had in the area. But 100% would call ahead to order next time.

Legit food for a good price! I ordered the chicken tostada plate and it came piled high with guacamole, shredded lettuce, sour cream, smashed beans (I know-re fried, lol), salsa and this gorgeous bright red colored marinated chicken. My husband ordered the tacos. Lengua , chicken and steak. I highly recommend this little taco truck next to the gas station.

Best pupuseria spot I've had since moving from CA. The pupusas never disappoint. The employees are friendly over the phone and in person. I've tried the queso con Jalapeno, queso, and chicharron and they're all delicious. Best part is the cheese oozing out of the side. (See pic)

Definitely my new spot to pick up some Latin food before work! I came here the first time and had the chicken tacos, and a horchata. Definitely surprised that they don't have a salsa bar. But to my taste buds it was better without everything extra! The horchata has a roasted rice flavor to it. It was different but it was really good! I recently found out they sold pupusas and I'm HOOKED! I bought the chicaron and the spinach pupusa and they were AMAZING! Not only did they have it hot off the griddle but even the sauce was nice and warm too! Let me tell you, everywhere else had the cold sauce. They had the sauce out of the warmer! It was delicious since it's cold here in Seattle and all the food tasted better warm! Also the pickled cabbage is a must! They also have esquites, and fruit in a cup, and the fruit and creame cup, which I will have to try when I get back there again! To my extent, imma have to buy like a few items off the menu and I'll do a full review on everything!

Kind and quick service + very easily accessible from the airport. Just enjoyed three tamales de elote which were served warm and individually wrapped in foil, with a good size container of crema to accompany. The masa was moist and delicious, but still sturdy enough that you could break off a bit with your fork to dip in the crema. This flavorful, filling meal cost me about $6, which I considered a far better experience than I could possibly have at any of the nearby fast food chains. They have a canopy set up with two picnic tables if you'd like to eat there. I'll definitely be back!

This is in the chevron parking lot. Loved the hot and fresh pupusas! Also got the wet burrito and it was good. Nice pieces of dark and white meat shredded chicken. Their salsa verde is awesome! Thick and creamy you can taste all the ingredients. Everything seems fresh and homemade with care. Will be coming back but will call ahead to order since I had to wait awhile for my food but that was okay the smell of them cooking made time go by faster! Haha **Update! I added a photo of their super burrito.

My favorite taco stand in Tukwila, amongst a few on Tukwila International Blvd. Their papusas are really good too!

Tastes super fresh. I hate it when my Papusas are too doughy and this was perfection. Staff was friendly. Would definitely come back!

Got a burrito. Beans and rice are very bland. Brown rice not Spanish rice. Salsas were inedible.

Does anyone know their new location since the gas station where they used to park just closed?

I'm staring at it right now at the Chevron Gas Station At 15060 Pacific Highway South in Tukwila.

This is the best burrito in all of Tacoma/Lakewood!!! I tell everyone to try them. People don't know what they are missing, because they are just getting pupusas. Who would think they would have great burritos. So, these are not like any other burritos, because they are not Mexican. They use their delicious black beans, their white rice with a few little veg, sour cream, onions, cilantro, you can get really good chile sauce if you want it spicy. The sauce is so good. No cheese... can you believe it? Cheese is not even needed. You can get chicken or carne asada, or like we got, no meat and they will add avocado slices. I really wanted no meat, and platano frito added. This is what we used to get, and it's great. They should add a no meat option to the menu, and also the platano option. Everyone that loves unique delicious burritos, come check this place out. The guy that took my order was friendly, and even made our burrito half no cilantro. Thanks! They get busy.

I ordered to-go, and I am genuinely surprised that they do not have more condiments available, especially with the salsa as I got 4 pupusas. No wet wipe, which may be asking for a lot, but at least make it up with the paper napkins. I love that it is near base, but u might as well order to eat-in the restaurant. That way u get all that u need. Better inspection on my end could have been done, but just :o at the...stinginess. That sounds like a harsh word, I know, but how else do I describe it...?

Customer service is always great and I love their 3 tacos and rice and beans plate. I order the same thing every time and no change in quality over the last 6 years. I had a large appetite for tacos and I went alone today around 11am and was greeted with a nice smile as usual. If you order the tacos, get the steak and barbacoa. It's so good! They also serve you chips and salsa prior to your meal and what makes them different from others is that their chips are warm and the salsa has just the right spice level.

I…read morespecifically wanted to laud this establishment as we dropped in after our flight to Taipei was cancelled. We got a couple of food vouchers from the airline and since Las Palmas uses Toasttab as their payment processor we were able to order food here. Even though we technically weren't dining inside, they let us sit and eat while we were trying to figure out what to do to rebook the flight and hotel near the airport. We ordered a Pollo al Grill and a bunch of different pupusas. Honestly I was way too stressed to really pay attention to the food, but here are some notes that I jotted down while eating: Pollo al Grill Chicken ($20.49) - Rice is good. Chicken has a nice grilled flavor and plenty of spices added, but the interior is kind of dry Pupusas ($3.89 each) - Las Palmas is generous with fillings. Every single pupusa is very tasty and cooked perfectly. Las Palmas gives a lot of sides and sauces/condiments with the order. The curtido has good acidity and there's a very savory salsa roja to pour on top of the pupusas. There's also a small container of beans, very smooth and full of lard, guac, and sour cream. I really need to revisit in the near future!
