Always love supporting businesses in the South Park neighbourhood, and I've been to Taqueria El Kiosko a few times now. Customer service is usually friendly and quick, and there's a decent amount of seating inside. I got an Asada Burrito for around $16, which mostly consisted of beans, rice, and asada. I will say that it is quite pricey for what you get, I wished there was more ingredients inside, but it was still tasty. Personally for me I like the size of the burrito, not too much/little, and it was easy to eat on-the-go as well. Not my typical place for burritos, but it does the job! Authentic Mexican food hidden in a gas station. This is a great Togo place with plenty of options and also serves el pastor meat. I have been there a few times now and I love their enchiladas and burrito. The service is fast and the staff is very nice. Though this is not a place for dine in and we prefer to take out. read more

Just a quick review! Came here for lunch when I was craving some pollo a la crema. I got a huge portion and also ordered chips which came with beans and a Fresca. All that with tip was about 28 bucks which considering it's 2-3 meals worth of food isn't bad! The woman taking orders was incredibly friendly and the place was absolutely packed so it seems like any food choice there is a good one! I ordered 2 carne asada, one pastor and one tripe taco. This place is located in the corner of the chevron gas station. All the meats had great flavor and were moist. It just hit the spot when I ate the meat just by itself. The best part that I enjoyed was the extra stuff they give us. The tacos came with your choice of salsa and a little baggie with carrots, radishes, and I think jalapeño or something, but it was DELICIOUS! The only thing I would have to say is be careful when you park bc it is very compact with people filling up gas and the truck being there. What a find! This was a Subway sandwich shop turned Mexican, so much better! If in the South Park area and need a quick bite this is the place. Order at the counter from there almost too vast menu. So many choices. The Pork Carnitas plate was amazing, Smokey and full of flavor. I just tasted someone else's. The plate had rice and beans and sliced jalapeños. Sorry I didn't take a picture. I had the chicken taco salad, it was good, a lot of lettuce on the bottom and pinto beans. The chicken was very chopped and small pieces, good flavor in a crispy flour shell. They have 3 hot sauces to add yourself and sliced limes and radishes. I will be back to try more items for sure. read more

My partner and I are OBSESSED with this place. We go at least once a week and pick up takeout. It's always hot and every single thing on their menu is packed with flavor and authentic. Their chile relleno reminds me of my great grandmothers and it brings me so much joy. I always get sad when I think about how we'll eventually move out of this area and this place won't be a five minute drive from our house anymore. I know when that time comes I will be driving here at least twice a month to pick up food from them. I eat a lot of Mexican food and I can say that this is one of the best places in Washington. I even used to live on the east side and I'd say some of the most authentic Mexican food I've ever had was over there, this place is right up there with them! Last night was my first time trying out Taqueria El Rincon! It's a food truck located in the gas station area. We ordered beef steak tacos ($7), carnitas burrito ($7) and horchata ($3)! The flavor was good. Tortillas were above average. Taco shells are okay, not great. Beef steak was very salty. Carnitas was done correctly. Although I bought beef steak tacos for myself, I ended eating my bf's carnitas burrito because it was not super salty. :) Be aware they don't give you tomato or anything on your tacos beside the taco shell, meat of your choice and maybe some onions. Carnitas burrito only has rice and carnitas, no beans or anything else. But this is a food truck so we cannot expect too much I guess. We forgot our horchata so we had to drive back to get it :( the drink was water down though! The lady was nice! I might come back again... read more

This had some of the most authentic Mexican food we found in Seattle. My husband had two tacos, rice and beans while I went with an order of rice and beans and corn tortillas. I wrapped the succulent rice and beans in a hot corn tortilla and savored every mouthful! The food was so good we even ordered a burrito to come home with us. This is a small restaurant, no frills, no chips and salsa included, but with really good food, super fresh. We will definitely come back. read more

Food poisoning. My wife was out on a business trip for 2 days. I'm not a heavy eater so for breakfast I always have some fruit. All other meals for those 2 days, I ate exclusively food from this place and only exclusively left the house to go here to pick it up. At 6:30pm of day 2 I got severe diarrhea and vomiting. I used to like the place and would frequently go there. Recently, I ordered via GrubHub and put in the instructions not to have certain things, but they completely disregarded the instructions and made it how they wanted to. When I called them out on that she hung up the phone on me, I drove down there and tried to explain to her and show her what the issue was, but she didn't give a damn if it's sad, but that's a business that I will never support again and I recommend that no one else does either, there are plenty of other excellent Taqueria's in the area that treat you much better. read more

Great food great service! Moved from ca in July and it's been hard to find decent Mexican food and this definitely does the trick. This Taco truck is truly a diamond in the rough. I was looking for a restaurant when I searched for the place and started to drive. To my surprise it was a truck and had a good list of food. So far, I had the tacos, quesadilla, torta and burrito! Here is my rankings: Chicken Taco: A+ Steak Taco: A+ Shrimp Taco: C- (Hard shell, cocktail shrimp in a big cup with tons of tomato paste) Burrito: B+ Torta: NHD (Never Had it Before) so can't really compare but is worthy of a B Why are their tacos so good? Well to start with, the little tortillas are a little toasted and as human we just love warm food. The meat is well marinated and enough juicy. You don't get much for what you pay for. I got the burrito and the soup. The burrito only had little meat, rice, and beans. Plus they give you a tiny togo cup of hot sauce. Tucked next to a Subway and gas station on a not-so-scenic tour of south Seattle stood El Rincon. I ordered a pollo, carne asada, and carnitas taco, while the bf snagged a enchiladas plate. The carnitas were the perfect crispy on the outside, moist on the inside chewiness. The other two were not quite as knock-my-socks-off, but I'm also partial to slow-cooked pork in all ethnic varieties. Standard cilantro and onions on top. Verde salsa was a bit runny/not spicy. It's been a long while since I had some corn-tortilla encased joy bombs that were worth Yelping about... Guess I have a mandatory Interstate 5 stop from now on! read more

It's probably the best taco truck I've been to in Seattle, which isn't saying much. Having lived in LA for a few years, I generally know a good taco. Anyway, I was super excited to try this place. Despite having had lunch, I bought TWO MEALS here - 4 tacos al pastor and 3 mulitas de asada. That's how excited I was. I've had better tacos al pastor for sure. And I wish they could do mulitas with shimp. Anyway, the food was great, and I don't regret having ordered that much food. When am I ever in South Park? Absolutely never. With the salsa verde (not too sound pretentious, but that's the green salsa for non-Spanish speakers), I was completely satisfied. If you're in the area hankering for some tacos, this is a good place. However, it is a taco truck, so there is only outdoor seating - which is pretty generous actually. As for me, I live near the Eastside, so I'm going to have to search for a good taco truck in my barrio. Mulitas, yaaaas! read more

Absolutely, best taco truck I've been to so far. Must have for me is their TRIPE tacos it's my favorite. I've yet to see any other truck cook it the way they do. Pan fried to a perfect crisp and has great flavor. However, I do NOT suggest it if you're not going to eat it right away or putting it in your burrito because it will get soggy. My tripe has to be crispy! Also had their carnitas plate, special enchiladas, tamales and fish tacos (as well as their lengua and adobada). All of which are a great! Only negative is depending on which cook you get will your plate of tacos come with, my favorite topppings, a roasted onion and peppers. Completely minor issue! All-in-all, every truck has a little twist to their menu give this place a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! read more

Well, been here about 5-6 times food has always been very good. Today I made a simple request since I was ordering for 3 people and takeout, I requested if they would please put all three items in separate bags since they were going to separate people/locations At least I thought this was a simple request.. The woman who helped me I have never seen here before, immediately she responded with attitude about requesting separate bags and words were said in Spanish about my request. Good, cheap, tasty noms, usually open late. Pretty much everything is excellent, but I'm a sucker for their tacos.

The beef tacos are delicious - the salsa has a great bite to it! The rice and beans are great as well, and they give you a bag of yummy pickled veggies and extra sauces! They have a pretty decent amount of food options as well as many drink options. The prices are average seattle taco truck prices I'm taking off a star because often times service is very slow - i've been to similiar taco trucks and ordered the same item and it takes way less time. read more

Good value and good food for the price. We stopped here with the kids after a morning trip to Museum of Flight. The food is fantastic. We all had variations of carnitas - I had the carnitas platter with corn tortillas, which was plentiful. Sydney (11) and Logan (9) had huge carnitas quesadillas - Logan didn't finish his as it was so big. Owen (6) had a burrito and Geneva had an order of tacos. The hot sauces on the side were more medium heat than hot. Pictures that others posted had us prepared for a food truck and picnic table experience. What I didn't realize was that the truck would be in the middle of a gas station lot. The picnic tables are right beside an alley way, so that felt a little unsafe when cars were driving basically behind the table. There was some loud noise/ yelling from the neighbourhood - so you have to ok with dealing with that. The head cook was a very kind, soft spoken, and sweet older lady. So I was sitting in my work's break room eating a Hot Pocket (yes, I know, spare me the snickering) and my coworker walks in from the parking lot with a foil covered plate and sets it down along with a bottle of Mexican Coke. "Um, Bryan, what is that?" And he removes the foil and underneath are four perfect-looking carne asada tacos. Damn, they looked reaaaally good and smelled great too. I looked down at my "lunch" and remembered Jim Gaffigan's hilarious bit on Hot Pockets and threw that shit into the trash and hopped into my car. I had no idea that it was right down the street, it being a lunch truck type thing with a covered "patio" with a couple tables that you could eat on if you liked. I ordered the #1 which is 4 tacos of your choice, I ordered the carne asada of course as they have always been my favorite. They came out in a minute and after first bite I was immediately reminded of many great memories of being 18-20 in my youth when groups of friends would go down to Rosarito Beach, Mexico for the weekend and just drink our asses off. It seemed that the only food I would consume during these sojourns were carne asada tacos. These were just as good as the ones I remembered in Mexico. I should've added guacamole though, as I always would get that in important addition down south. These tacos are are very comparable in quality, flavor, and freshness to the ones at La Carta de Oaxaca which I am a big fan of, but are quite cheaper in that you get 4 here for what you'd pay for 2 at La Carta. I now know where I'll be going for lunch when I have a hankering for good Mexican food. Everything else looks really good here as well, so I think I'll be trying a burrito or enchilada, or hell maybe even a torta next time. read more
