I've been a loyal, once every paycheck (so every two weeks) customer since I moved to South Park in January. Today will be my last order. The business prefers cash - no problem with that, it's a food truck after all. But their pricing is such that one burrito = $13.01 after tax. The child worker today tried to insist that I pay with card because I did not have a penny for her. When I refused to pay a 3% surcharge so they could have 1 penny, she kept arguing with me, despite there now being a line. I offered to cancel my order. She looked confused. I asked the line of 5 construction men if they had a penny - no one did. Any reputable business would've eaten the one cent and given me $7 change. No, I had to wait for the cook to take charge of the child, tell her to get cash from her personal wallet (in Spanish, I love when they assume a gringa can't understand them) and hand me $6.99. The quality is valuable and yet I still supported local. No more. It's difficult economic times for us all, but this much drama for one cent loses regular business.....and hopefully new business as well. read more

Checked this place out because of all the great reviews on the breakfast burritos. It is definitely a must try! We ordered the chorizo burrito and the ham/bacon (pig) burrito. The pig burrito was my favorite and stuffed with meat, fresh eggs, potatoes, and with the green salsa it was perfection. The chorizo burrito was good but had an interesting cinnamon flavor that didn't have the traditional chorizo flavor. My wife who usually love chorizo thought it was just ok. Overall I'd highly recommend this place. Everything was fresh and the service was friendly and quick. The restaurant is taco truck in a parking lot but and has a decent amount of parking. Also, check the hours before you go. Weekends are only till 12 and only serve breakfast all day. We will definitely come back and check out many of the other burrito options. read more

I got the Pig Pen breakfast burrito and it was great! I loved that the bacon inside was crispy; that added an extra texture I didn't know I needed. Came with salsas on the side that were flavorful! Our burritos took at least 10 minutes to make but the ingredients were fresh and they were pretty busy. Next time we will order ahead before we get there. read more

Great price, great flavor! We were so surprised by burrito express! We got 3 different breakfast burritos: steak and eggs, chorizo, and the pig one. They were all stuffed and flavored to perfection. My favorite nest was the carne asada, they flavored it perfectly! And the potatoes inside of it were great too. For Seattle, the prices can't be beat! The food truck is in a parking lot that does have some spaces but it is a tight lot. My family of 15 is coming for my graduation soon, and I can't wait to bring them all here for breakfast one day :) Make sure you stop by the Scene right across the street for a matcha or coffee with your breakfast burrito! read more

This is my go to breakfast burrito spot! If you're really hungry grab the pig pen burrito! The Steak ranchero is another go to. Sometimes I'll just get a bacon egg and cheese with papas and then I'll ask them to add roasted poblano peppers with fried cheese on em too! Fuego! Mi amigos/amigas are always super friendly and quick with making the food and it's always delicious. They also have covered tables and chairs where you can eat if you aren't on the go. Delicious, warming, top tier! Been searching the city all over for grab and go breakfast burritos and super happy we can here! It's locally POC owned and will not disappoint! Generous portions of crispy chorizo, perfectly crispy potatoes, just the right amount of eggs and the salsas were phenomenal! I love that the owners were present and engaging with their customers. Despite this being an outdoor food truck concept, you almost felt as if you were getting an indoor dining experience with how attentive the owners are! Super friendly! Great little food trailer, in a cozy nook of a neighborhood right by the Boeing airstrip. Friendly fellas whipping up very affordable breakfast fare (mostly burritos). Parking is ample, and off the busy street. Note that they are a morning only operation, closing up at 11:00AM. I went off-script and ordered a breakfast burrito which featured chicharrones as the protein, and it was spectacular. Wasn't a bit chewy at all, and had a nice outer layer of refried beans. Eggs, potatoes, beans, and fried pork skin. What a winner, paired with an excellent salsa verde. Lots of good add-ons available for your burrito, so you can have it anyway you want. We preferred the Man on a Budget Burrito with Bacon as the textures of everything were distinct. Very dangerous for me! This place is right smack dab in the middle of the drive to my house from where I have been meeting my friend for a walk several times a week. We're trying to lose our COVID pounds. I first noticed this place a few weeks ago but I didn't stop until today, but I know I'm going to keep on stopping and then mysteriously those COVID pounds are not going to go! I got the Piggy Express Burrito. I chose it because it came with veggies. I liked the way they were cooked. They still had a little crunch and a lot of flavor. The onions were so sweet! I also like that there was no cheese on this particular burrito. I think that cheese on a burrito that has lotsa stuff inside is superfluous. Lotsa calories for not much added flavor.
