Very reliable and dependable. I was notified about a funeral on Monday that would be on a Thursday. I ordered the flowers Tuesday night and on Thursday the flowers delivered on time for my family and they most beautiful flowers in the room. I ordered the flowers on their website. I have also ordered flowers from here on other occasions and have received the same great service. Pre-covid time I was able to go into the shop and pretty much tell them what colors/flowers I was looking for in my bouquet. I was very disappointed in a recent order. I ordered a flowering plant, as a gift, based on the Teleflora photo. There was a disclaimer saying sometimes substitutions would need to be made. I assumed this meant that the same color flower might not be available, or in the case of floral arrangements, some of the flowers would be subbed. A plant was delivered quite promptly, however it was not a flowering plant, simply foliage - not the spring gift I intended. My phone number was on the billing information, so I assume they could have called me to confirm that a non-flowering substitution would be acceptable. I would have then paid significantly more to get a floral arrangement. I was out of town when client sent flowers to my house. It was a wintry rainy day in boston and Ralph the delivery person called me to let me know of the delivery. Once I said I wouldn't be there he went back to retrieve the flowers and took them back to the store. Joe the manager say they would redeliver to me when I got back two days later. Put it this way; I was in a pinch - I needed a beautiful arrangement done within the half hour. I called Muzzy and let them know my situation - that I needed a beautiful arrangement for a wonderful person who was winding down their last day after 35 years of teaching at a local Montessori school in East Boston. When I tell you this arrangement when I picked it up only 15 minutes later was simply breathtaking, I can't describe how happy I was. Just perfect. Not to mention the gentleman was OUTSIDE on the Sidewalk waiting for me as I pulled up knowing I was in a crunch for time! Who does that on this day and age? I had surgery a few days ago and my best friend had a flower arrangement sent to me from this place. When I sent her a picture of what I received she was not happy and sent me a picture of what she ordered. My arrangement had 2 roses in it and the one she ordered had several throughout it. My friend called and complained and they told her they would bring another arraignment if she paid another delivery fee on the new order and they would take the old flowers back. Why should she pay another delivery fee on something they messed up on and they were coming to take the old flowers anyways. Well after fighting with this company she refused to give them any more money. They just showed up and took my flowers back and did not bring anything else or even apologize. I am actually shocked a company would even do this any normal place would just leave the flowers for their mistake. I would never use this place. Horrible customer service! Oh and I should add this place contacted me first that They were coming to take the flowers before the person who actually purchased them. Find another flower company dont use this place! read more
