Just lovely people who work and own this business. I came to get my partner something small and that says "I love you" and they were able to help me on the spot. I had to have flowers delivered directly to a local cemetery. I called four in the area and no one would deliver right to the site. After calling the cemetery office I was referred to Washington Park. They delivered on time with short notice and working with Valerie was exceptional. Valerie, the woman we spoke to, was very attentive in making sure we go exactly what we wanted within our budget. We bought a bridal bouquet, two bridemaids bouquets, two flower girl baskets with flowers, and two boutonnieres for the groom and best man. We also bought fresh lillies for our wedding cake. My brother wanted to order flowers for our mother by phone. I personally went and asked if they delivered. I was treated with lack of courtesy and even hostility, although I was respectful and friendly. I still took their phone number and passed it on to my brother. He later told me that the woman who spoke with him was very rude and impatient, thus he ended up ordering from a NJ florist.
