I chose Teleflora for the beautiful arrangement that had my mothers favorite color scheme with greens, dark pinks, and purples and a beautiful blue and white croc ware style vase. There were other vases to chose from, I paid extra for that one. I understood that there may be some substitutions based on available products to meet what was available. I didn't think that would apply to the vase I paid extra for. I didn't think colors outside of the scheme would be added, like yellow, which I purposefully avoided because my mother doesn't like yellow. I didn't think that would mean replacing most of the flowers and removing the elements that made it unique. What was ordered does not resemble what was ordered in any way. The order should've been rejected or I should've been contacted.
