I live in a unit home and they insisted they were not allowed to do any interior work by the streets and suggested the alley would work. 30 min later a get a txt message saying he left my keys in the car and wasn't able to complete the job?? It was very unclear why he wasn't able to complete or do the job. Ash texted me saying he left my car in the alley? I come out to look for my car and all my windows were down, trunk was open and no one looking after my car. My car was left unsupervised in an unsafe alley. He said I would get a refund but did not give me back all my money. He hardly did any interior work! It was such a rip off and a waste of my time! They do not care about customers cars. ABSOLUTELY NEVER BOOK WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE JOB WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME AND LEFT MY JEEP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET, UNLOCKED, WITH THE KEYS IN IT WHERE IT COULD HAVE BEEN HIT OR STOLEN! Things started out great, they responded quickly with a fair price and took a same day appointment. When they got to my place they were friendly and got right to work washing the exterior of my Jeep. They asked my about 10-15 into the job if they could plug into my power because it would be quieter for my neighbors if they didn't have to run their generator. That was fine and I appreciated them asking first. 30-40 min into job I get a text saying their steamer wasn't working. Not "hey we have to stop" or "hey we are going to leave." I didn't see this until 10 min after it was sent but when I did see it I went out to talk them and they were just packed up and gone. I understand things happen and honestly wasn't upset and would have just rescheduled... but no one there to talk to at which point I was FURIOUS. Not upset they couldn't finish the job, furious they thought it's ok to abandon my vehicle with no communication. I text them immediately asking why they left and why they thought it was ok to leave the Jeep in the middle of the road open with the keys in it where it could have been stolen or hit by a neighbor trying to get around it. They claim they knocked on the door but that's nonsense. I was sitting 15 feet from it with two large dogs that go nuts at the sound of a strong breeze let alone a knock at the door. I have a door bell, it wasn't rung. There was no phone call. One vague text saying a streamer wasn't working which was only one part of the overall job. They literally just said the hell with it and left. I started texting them immediately asking them how they could just abandon a vehicle like that with no communication and they just kept giving childish idiotic answers and tried to throw it back on me. There is no way for them to justify that. Unprofessional and lack of concern for your vehicle is an understatement. read more

There's a real zinger in there that shows that this business will stop at nothing to scam you.** I will never arrange for a car wash with MVP Auto Detailing again. Regardless of the negative Yelp reviews, I gave him a chance because of the positive reviews. I'm astounded he has any repeat business. Here's my story. First time: I hired him to do an overall wash after a trip to Colorado. The work he did on my SUV was good, however, there is work he does not do and he has no apologies for not doing it. His reason is that he ran out of time. He never even touched the back cargo area of my SUV which had dirt and pet hair. Even the side windows to the cargo area were still dirty. Regardless, because the work he had gotten to was well done and I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, I offered him a tip of $20. He declined it and said, Do me a favor and give me another chance. Call me back. Have me do an interior detail for $150 and I'll throw in an exterior wash for free. I went ahead and cleaned the cargo area myself and did the windows so that the whole car was clean and figured I'd see how I felt the next time an opportunity came up. 2nd time: I scheduled and prepaid for an interior detail for $150, as he had recommended I do. He arrived and told me that there was no way he could do it in the time allotment and that it would need to be the high level detail package rather than the $150 he had quoted during his first visit. Now, the car wasn't any dirtier than it had been during the first visit. In fact, it was probably cleaner since I had done a quick job myself over the weekend. He did offer me a refund, which I still expect to see come through. So now, I've wasted time, prepaid on a credit card with a transaction I have to stay on top of, and still have a dirty car! Not sure how this guy pays his bills. Update: So, he has texted me saying "All sales are final" and thus, with no service delivered, he intends to keep my money. But here's the real killer! He's gone back to my August 15th transaction with him and now charged a different credit card in addition to keeping my money. So, he will have frauded me out of $164.25x2 = $329 with no services delivered. read more

Did not include the trunk or do a clear wipe down of the dash that still had water marks on it, then charged me $164 after communicating with my partner that it would be in the $80 range. When I asked him to complete the job considering the high price, he said that I should have removed the things from my trunk, which he didn't mention over the time he was cleaning it, and I was inside the home. He then told my partner that was never included, although in the text you can see he just says I didn't take the things out. I just had the interior of my car cleaned and this guy did an incredible job. He not only did an amazing job, but he could not have been more kind. The main reason I needed the interior cleaned was because after it had rained for a few days, water got into the car and caused mold to grow. I asked if that's something they could get rid of as I am allergic to mold. He said yes and he did just that. I truthfully almost felt guilty having someone clean my car because it was so filthy. But now it feels like a new car. I couldn't be more happy with the results. The best part is they come to you! You don't have to sit in traffic just to have your car cleaned. I was able to get a lot of work done from the comfort of my apartment while he cleaned in the parking lot. Cost wise, I feel the price definitely makes sense. Especially since they drive out to you and save you money on gas. And they do such a great job that it really is worth it. Responds quick and came early before it got hot on a saturday. He was fast and done in less than 2 hours. My silverado was pretty dirty and he cleaned those rims up nicely, I got the claybar and wax. The only thing I wish he would have done was wash the top of the truck, at least a quick scrub with a brush and rinse but it was left untouched. I saw this once I was on the tailgate loading up the bed. Bummer but it was still overall a good job. read more

I booked an appointment through their website for the first wash for my new truck. They arrived at my house right on time, and were very personable from the beginning. The wash was fast and efficient, not wasting any water. They went the extra mile and even pressure washed the wheel wells. After the wash, we walked around the truck to see if there were any spots they missed and it looked fantastic. Best of all, there are no swirl marks in the still soft/new paint so I know the sponges and rags were very clean. I have to admit, I'm very picky when it comes to my vehicles. I detailed cars for a bit in college so I know what to look for and what lazy washers miss. These guys didn't miss anything. One of the cars had some engrained water spots that were tough to get out so they made an extra effort to get those resolved. They cleaned the cars top to bottom, inside and out. First of all excellent work on detailing the Interior of my 25 year old grimy 4runner. I had rust stains from when the Sunroof leaked and most of it is all gone. Wet spot stains and all the dirt also ALL gone. Even my seat belts are clean and I know there was some left over engine grease there from me. I had issues getting appointments with other Mobile detailers (most are pretty bad at communicating and booking timely appointments).
