Being a long time customer, I usually by my Microfiber Towels by the case…read more I purchased a case of 200 Blue Edgeless365 Towels a couple of weeks ago and they were great for applying ceramic coatings. Decided to purchased another case, but in a different color, Gray. I received the case of Gray Microfiber Towels oly to find out they were for Metal Polishing. When I e-mailed the company and I explained that I received the wrong towels, and showed them pictures of the differences, I received a reply from Rebecca in Customer Service stating the towels were the same. The labels were different, the towels were different, the texture was different. All Rebecca in customer service would say is she was sorry but she couldn't do anything. I asked to speak with some else and ended up talking with the COO, Jeff Green, who wanted to explain how the towels were the same and how other companies used them. At no time did Jeff or Rebecca accept responsibility for their mistake and then when I asked if they would just send me a return UPS label they said I would have to ship them back at my expense. I asked about getting the correct towels sent to me but they wanted me to pay for return shipping. The COO, Jeff Green, said it's only $20 but when I went to return it via UPS they wanted to charge me $45. Needless to say they lost a customer for life and I found some really nice micro fiber over at Adams Polishes (adamspolishes.com) and MicroFiber Tech (microfibertech.com) for cases.

Store is medium sized with well described aisle labels. Produce,dairy, meats and frozen foods. Largest selection of coffee syrups I have ever seen! See my photos. . Cons - Staff not overly friendly, as no one said hello, or offered to help. Produce, meat and dairy are refrigerated rooms, so bring a jacket or coat.

He yelled and was a complete jerk and said quote on quote "You were just running, what the hell are you doing? I'm not playing this damn game. Stop!" I'm sorry but as a concerned parent I won't be coming back here and I won't allow jerks like these employees to talk to a kid like that ever again!

The store manager is extremely rude and has no respect for his employees. He yelled at one in front of me not realizing that a customer was close enough by to overhear. I was totally appalled. On another occasion, I saw an employee drop something, and another employee help pick it up as the store manager walked by and gave them a dirty look. If I was an employee of this store, I would not tolerate such rude and uncaring behavior on the part of my boss. It is amazing to me to see some of the same employees even remain working there.

It is similar to Costco except Cash and Carry targets businesses and also lets individuals shop. Costco targets individuals and also lets businesses shop. The main difference is that Cash and carry has few organic items and they sometimes have even larger quantities of something than Costco (believe it or not). I like to eat a lot of fruit, so I get oranges often here. Their fresh produce has a large selection including various dressings. The meat selection is quite large as well. If you are looking at having a party and plan to cook a lot of food, have a large family, or just like to eat a lot of one item you'll like the options here and prices. In addition to food they have serving trays, forks, spoons, and bathroom supplies. The service is good and the place is clean and well maintained.

There prices are very competitive to that of COSTCO. One negative item, their staff is not the friendliest. Management needs to better train them.
