They recently started offering Plumbing services and my first experience was so-so. As part of the maintenance plan, you now get a plumbing inspection every year. The plumber who came out today was very nice but missed an issue that I pointed out to him. He did have his Master Plumber that was hiding in the truck (? Seemed odd haha) come take a look. There was some estimate issues leading me to think the installation of a toilet would be $1,000 for labor alone. However, the owner was quick to rectify and look into the issue personally once he became aware, and was very open to feedback on how to make the estimates more clear. I would still like to see them itemize the cost of materials in the future, but it seems to be something at least on his radar. I would give this company a chance if you're having issues. They seem to truly want to do the right thing by the customers and their employees, which is important.

He gave us a quote that was reasonable and he recommended the exact toilet and shower for us to get and said when the materials come in give him a call so he can come and do the job....... granted it has been delays in the shipping supplies industry because of the pandemic. Nonetheless, materials came in. I called, I texted, I left voicemails, my dad called, texted, left message etc. so many times and no response. We thought maybe he got sick or something with the pandemic and all. Nothing. Crickets. No response. Hmmmmm that's weird right? So I asked my WHITE friend to give him a call to inquire about getting a job done that was similar service and he f*cking called her right back,left a voicemail and he even texted her. WTF!! We called them over a year ago to replace a water heater that decided to kick it the weekend we had guests staying with us. I called for a true emergency repair as water was cascading in my basement. Not only was Mike able…read moreto ask a few questions and give an initial diagnosis over the phone, which ended up being correct, but he was getting his guy in the truck heading my way as I was still on the phone. Once he arrived, ahead of his truck, he did a great job getting a plan together to attack the problem. When the truck arrived, he moved quickly and cleared the clogged pipe. We were in shock over the state of our house, but Mike was the consummate professional and clearly laid out the options moving forward. I got the immediate sense that he was fair and not looking to take advantage of anyone. He explained best case and worst case for each option and applied no pressure as we tried to figure out cost, insurance ramifications, urgency and other factors. We made our decision and he committed to fixing it as quickly and economically as possible. Fast forward to the repair. He and his guys were on time, professional and very respectful. They prepped for a clean departure and started the work. What initially looked like a best case, started going sour because of where the problem was in the pipes, but the guys did everything they could to not take the job to the next level, which would have cost a lot more money. Mike and the guys went above and beyond to save an exterior retaining wall, which would have cost me thousands to repair/replace. They easily could have just taken the easier and more expensive option but they found a way to fix everything without digging up my wall and walkway. I feel like most plumbers would've just taken the big payday. I've never had a plumber that I trust, until now. And that's worth a lot nowadays.

Arrived and Gary went to work asking me some basic info about what happened. Diagnosed it and started fixing it. Took him maybe 30 minutes to fix my one leak and then he went to fix my other toilet that hasn't been functional for a month now, just been putting it off. Got it all wrapped up in about 90 minutes.
