He pulled up my toilet use the auger on my drain my house took down one of the drains the line to take it down put in rubber gasket stuff merge it back and came back up and told me that everything was fine and he was done. They charged me $550 for I felt the price was fair. The next day I noticed my toilet was came back out, supposedly fixed it. It continued to leak. A week or so went by. I figured I would just take care of the leak myself under the toilet. I had to replace a valve under my kitchen sink so I sent my son into the crawlspace when he got down there. We had 4 inches of water all over the crawlspace, water from my washing machine, my dishwasher and kitchen sink all over the crawlspace. My son went down to look to see where the leak was at and found there was a punched in the side of the drain. I called back up and told the situation they came out put a fan in front of the crawl opening and tried to charge me another 165 dollars because I was "such a good customer " would not take responsibility for anything and wasn't planning to fix the hole because my "son did a good job patching it". Then wanted to charge me more to fix the toilet leaking as well. There are a bunch of hucksters don't use them.

We initially called in another plumber, and he and his boss felt very strongly that a hairline crack in the pan of our master shower was causing the issue. They came back with an estimate of $7,000 to redo the entire master shower (and vanity). What? We called Bommer Plumbing for a second opinion and boy, are we glad we did. Jim arrived right on time and he worked with my husband and me to troubleshoot the leak. He spent close to 90 minutes at our place. Long story short, the culprit of the leak was worn caulk along the top of of the master shower basin, NOT a hairline crack. We all cheered when the source was found! We saved thousands of dollars with this (accurate) diagnosis. And he even pointed out a potential issue with the electric source for our downstairs bathroom fan. Jim was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hilarious. We were cracking jokes like old buds. He was awesome! And office staff is super friendly. They keep you apprised of your plumber's whereabouts on the day of your appointment. They even send a picture of your plumber so you know what they look like ahead of time. True to his word he showed up around 4pm and started by inspecting my central air unit. When he didn't find a problem with anything there, he walked my entire home, went into the attic and checked out the crawlspace- when he couldn't ID the exact problem in my home he ran a gas analyzer just to make sure no CO or other toxic gases existed.
