In addition, he has not been able to identify the leak for over a month and his solution is to replace the back half of my roof which is under 10 years old. In the meantime, I have had mold growing on the ceiling. Please save yourself misery and money.

That was a fun conversation and apology that he left me with...and I only found out when I got home from work and heard about it from the neighbor, not Paul. #3) He tried to screw me over on the final cost of project by promising a percentage discount for a google review at the start of the job; but then (either maliciously or because he doesnt understand basic math) tried to overcharge me by $700. #4) within 4 months from the roofing repair I had an issue where part of the roof blew off during light rain and he refused to cover it with his bogus warranty citing I go thorough home insurance. #5) several months later a second part of the roof started to fall off to the point a neighbor noticed and warned me it could potentially fall and hit someone on the sidewalk. Again, his warranty didn't cover it. When I contacted my insurance company, I requested an invoice from Paul to submit for coverage and he tried to tell me I was being dishonest and then dodged my phone calls.
