Initial service was great. But then a problem developed 7 days after the repair. Mark indicated he would be out to check out the problem and could service the needs from the outside of the house. I also hired & paid Mark to install a new AC unit, was offered a $150.00 rebate from XCEL Energy, through Mark with purchase. This was on 4/5/17, it is now 1/8/18, I have left several messages on both of Mark's phone #'s listed. Not one return call from Mark. I contacted XCEL Energy also. I WILL NOT be getting my $150.00 rebate because Mark never followed through with the paperwork. I thought Mark was a nice guy, think again. Debra P read more

UNDEPENDABLE! We hire MWJ to install a HVAC system. While still under the warranty period, the furnce died on very cold winter evening. Placed about a dozen calls to Mark asking for help and he failed to return the calls. We were forced to get a new contractor to come in and he determined that the installation was incorrect and the furnace element had burned out. The scariest part was that they recorded carbon monoxide levels over 6,500 ppm, which is exponentially greater than normal conditions of about 100 PPM. MWJ put my family at significant risk because of his incompetence and arrogance. We filed with the BBB and Attorney General, which Mark at MWJ blew off and claimed he had no responsibility. Go with a different company. Mark does NOT honor his Warranty and Guarantee as stated on his contract. When we purchased our AC his contract stated that he had a 10 year warranty on all parts and labor from date of installation. He did follow through for the first few years, but now won't return our calls. We had to hire a different HVAC company to come and recharge our AC and fix the leak. read more
