The temperature in our Auditorium was fine, cool but not freezing. Sadly Russel Crowe sure gained weight. Lucy was a truly understanding wife to Patton, showed tolerance and love for her husband. Excellent but very violent guy movie.

2/18/26 Review Update:…read more Today I celebrated my anniversary with my partner and we went to watch Send Help. Lately when I go to the movies, there's never a lot of people. It's always just me and my significant other or myself and another couple. Kind of crazy to me because when I was younger, the movies would always be packed. Now here I am with my unlimited movies experience from Groupon ($21 for three months unlimited), and an empty room. I like to sit at the accessible area where the two seats are isolated and closer to the screen. I also purchased a snack saver coupon that will last all year. It allows me to have 50% off on a large popcorn and a large soda every time I visit. These two items cost about $21 so it basically pays for two visits worth which is not bad considering the savings you get all year, It's worth it if you go to the movies often. I enjoyed my experience at this location. Bathrooms are also very clean and inviting. Seats are recline-able. My only family would be that there wasn't a table like they have in Regal Kapolei Commons. What a great movie night! ---- I woke up bright and early today to catch the 7:30 AM premiere of Wicked: For Good at Regal, and it was absolutely worth it! I had 24,000 points saved on the Regal app, so I redeemed a free slushy and upgraded to a large for just a dollar. After rounding up for donation, they surprised me with a free pair of pink Wicked 3-D glasses. The theater itself was peaceful and almost empty, just our party of two and one other group. Overall, a perfect morning at the movies. Can't wait to go back!

How it's the same but NOT the same lol. Like every one else you have power cards and gone are the scrips. My favorite ride I still the zipper. Now coming from a father perspective.....aka wallet.....WOOF lol. $9 parking, rides and games are few bucks or more per person. Food is a whooping $15-20+ per meal lol. A Hundo $$ don't last very long......and I only have my wife and son. We had the gyro and waffle fries, forget the spots name....but that was delicious. . Greet job to all you parents with more kids, haha. However being able to see the utter joy, excitement, and fun my son had on that evening makes it all worth it..........BUT not again until next year haha.

I haven't been to the 50th State fair like almost 25 years omgeee.. Things have have changed a lot…read morefor one thing everything is now on a pre-paid card lol. So it's 200 points for $20 and 1500 points for $100. All rides average 30points and that's only because Sunday 12n-6pm is at a discount. It could be more in the evening. Compared to long time ago there's less rides and game booths. The pre-paid cards is also good for games and food booths . They do not except any cash at the game booths anymore. It was a new experience for me but I guess it's easier that way plus more efficient. It was very hot on a Sunday afternoon but my grand nephew had fun that's the main thing . We also had pizza and cotton candy to bring home . I guess due to Covid19 it's hard to maintain workers so EK Fernandez have to go on a smaller scale carnival. It was smaller than I could remember way back when . Support local so they can still be in business

The show was AMAZING and we have seen 25 + luau shows over the past 30 years! Check in fast and efficient! Loved loved loved the interactive activities before dinner! Tip - do the bamboo headband activity first not the flower wrist band as it takes a long time to make the head band and it's great in photos! Don't forget to get a temporary tattoo! Bar service is fast! Most people didn't tip but I did and no acknowledgement so probably won't tip in the future! Celebrity seating is worth it! Host was uber funny and extremely talented! So was every performer and band member!!! Loved the tree climber he was hilarious! Order uber 5 minutes before the fire dance ends and stand in the back and watch! It will save you a lot of money! Bravo Ka Moana Luau!! PS Use less salt on the pulled pork please PSSS - Loved the older fire dance performer who started the fire dance show!!!!!!

Is this touristy? Yes!! Are we tourists?? Also, yes!!…read more We had a great time at this luau. We got the higher of the mid package, Splash premium. The classic package includes a shell lei and one cocktail and seating along the edge. Our package gets a fresh flower lei, 2 cocktails and better seating. There is a celebrity package with has a separate check-in line, 2 cocktails and servers bring you your food, while everyone else goes through the buffet line. We were lucky and were seated in the celebrity package seating. We had a great view of the dancers. After you've checked in, they place a lei around your neck--fresh flower lei or shell lei, depending on your package. Then they take a picture of your party with people in traditional Hawaiian costume. You can purchase the picture later if you would like. You are given your drink tickets to use at the bar. There are activities this do before the show starts--lei making, passion friend crown making, and dancing lesson. There was a Polynesian band playing in stage the entire time. The tickets get you either a basic cocktail --i got two mai tais decorated with flowers--or you can upgrade for premium cocktails. We went through the buffet, which was really good. There was salad and kalua pork, Huli Huli chicken, mahi mahi, poy, rice, chow mein noodles, great pineapple, veggies, rolls, and dessert if chocolate cake and coconut gelatin. While we were eating, a man climbed up the coconut tree, which was fun to watch. As we finished dinner, the traditional dancers performed with traditional drummers. It was all great, especially the fire dancers. It's really was a fun night. Who cares if it is touristy?

I was a bit worried about the authentic vibe, but once the show started my worries went away. The food could have been better, but it was adequate. We were seated towards the back of the venue and the columns can make viewing a challenge, but we eventually got up and moved around to get more involved in the experience. Highly recommend this experience and you can show up early and check out the rest of the property as it has so much to offer.

We have attended the Hale Koa Luau in 2024 and again this year in 2026. 2024 was better because…read morethere was a female host named Lyric who reminded me of a Disney princess. I later learned that she was a contestant on The Voice. In addition, my 2024 luau was my first visit to Hawaii ever and I was pumped to attend a luau and learn the traditions. Our 2026 host was a gentleman who had more of a flat stage presence. Flash forward to 2026, many components of the luau remained the same. The luau starts at 5 pm and there are various activities on the lawn such as lei bracelet making, some music, a man who climbs up a coconut tree, and a complimentary drink either rum punch or guava juice. There is the typical push for professional photos when your party enters the space with an opportunity to purchase closer to dinner time at $25 each. The show takes a touch to get going and has a strong focus on getting the crowd engaged. There are many songs dedicated towards anniversaries and celebrations which is nice. In addition, there is a big focus on military and those who have served this country being at a military hotel. The event is clean, staff is friendly, yet I do wish there was more performing as opposed to crowd shout outs. The show takes you through Polynesian history, New Zealand and more demonstrated via dancing, fire throwing and hula. There is an MC who hosts, live musicians and interactive crowd sessions. I've never been a big fan of the food but appreciate it all because it's a learning lesson about traditional food. The appetizers are pineapple, pickled onions, poi and salsa with fish that will get split at your table with pre-set plates. Servers will come around to serve the main dish. The main plate contains chicken, pulled pork, steak, fish, sweet potatoes and zucchini. Dessert has always been guava cake which pairs nicely with coffee. My favorite take-a-way from the show is learning how the men have always done the hunting, cooking and cleaning as the women are considered sacred since women can give the gift of life. This is such an honorable lesson that makes me smile. Thank you to the staff as I know it takes a village to put on a show like this especially 3 x's a week. Mahalo!!
