Shopping in Pearlridge Center, at the Mauka (mountain) side, Macy's wing... When I searched for Labubus on the Yelp app, Razor Concepts was number 17 on the list. I read reviews and found that Razor Concepts is in the Macy's wing, so I parked in the shade of the parking structure and walked through the nicely air-conditioned ground level of the mall. This is the "Uptown", Mauka side where there are so many other shops to distractcustomers! I thought that Razor Concepts was a store for skateboards and the younger generation... haha! Now, I see that they have all kinds of merchandise, including t-shirts, collectibles, plushies, bags, samurai swords, backpacks, and more! There's a lot of trending items such as blind boxes and... Labubus! Service was very helpful and informative! The guy near the cash register was super friendly and kind to all customers! Looking for collectables chances are you've been here as this shop in Pearlridge Center Mauka there's this shop on the ground floor and I sure wasn't prepared for what I was in for entering the shop as it was pretty much filled with Labubu at the front part of the shop. Walking in and hanging left is what I did as I first noticed the amount of Sonny Angel on the shelf so many of them in different boxed theme and various accessories as well...putting it mildly as the display case fronting the shelves are filled with Labubus as it's packed fully to capacity is not impressive enough each one is dressed in different outfits for sale as these Lafufu has it's purpose being models for various accessories for your new little monster and with each one priced accordingly it was so easy to browse without asking for assistance the cuteness overload was just overwhelming. On the other side the right side of the shop is where they have the authentic Pop Mart items and sir they do have an impressive inventory including the display case between them was filled with all things Stitch and wow I was just so blown away with the selection. Probably one of the most complete selection of blind box choices are definitely found here and if you make multiple purchase you may get a slight reduction on price as well so save up and head on down to Razor Concepts. It's like a museum of cool toys, air-soft weapons, knives, clothes, stickers, etc. Some of their things are a bit pricey, but they have some of the things you can't find anywhere else. Came here to buy a airsoft gun walked all the way to the back saw the gun I wanted, employee not sure of his name came around with another shopper who was looking at airsoft guns. Their sticker selection isn't that great but I would like better quality stickers. I was asked if I wanted help 4 times when I was just browsing around. I was annoyed but hey, they were nice to me. The store isn't too organized but you kinda get a sense of where everything is. Some bootleg stuff here and there but if you spot it and BUY it don't blame them lmao. The number 1 reason I am keeping this review up for others to see especially parents is because of how James responded to my complaint. He was unsympathetic came to me with attitude, and basically told me there's nothing he can do and there was nothing wrong with what they did to my son. I spoke to Chelsea first and she was very sympathetic and understanding to my situation. Then she told me James would be calling me to handle my complaint and he was a complete jerk. Why is it that when I first complained James said there was nothing he could do. Then after I said I'm going to contact BBB OCP, the police and social media about this situation all of a sudden James knows which cards are my sons? If James would have just said I'm sorry let me do my best to get all your sons cards back to you; guess what none of this would have happened. I accept your apology but a little too late. Next time hire ethical employees that will teach the next generation to have ethical employment practices. This store is fascinating to me! It's billed as a sporting goods store, and in essence, it is. However, it doesn't feel like that is its main area of merchandise. That would be: toys and collectibles! The store (and its counterpart a few stores away in the mall), has a lot of sporting goods that gear more to skaters and other alternative sports. It's not an area in which I have an interest, but it seems like they had a lot of colorful choices of boards, wheels, helmets, and other accessories. The window displays are some of the most colorful and exciting I've ever seen- they just entice you to come in! They have many glass cases of collectibles and toys, a lot geared toward the Japanese variety (which are thankfully easy to find in Hawai'i compared to the mainland). They have many Funko Vinyl Pop figures, video game collectibles, Star Wars, Godzilla, and other general interests. Prices are the only reason I had to remove a star; some things are over priced due to hype and not relative worth. The store is bright and well organized. In the front they have trendy stuff like playing cards and miscellaneous toys. The prices are pricey. Sometimes they have sales but not all the time. The service at both Razor stores is awesome, and so is their variety of toys! My son and I are both big fans of Godzilla, so seeing the variety of figures for sale was great (and they were 25% off!) I was greeted by a sales associate when I entered, and asked if I needed assistance whenever I was at a counter looking at something. I'm updating this review in hopes that something better comes from it. Usually when I go to this store I NEVER get any help. Usually because I just go to check out if something interesting catches my eye. But no one offers to help. Whether you're looking throughout the store or just in one of the cases, help should always be offered. Despite there always being workers standing in the middle of the store it almost never is. I say almost never because for the first time (literally the first time) someone actually offered to answer a question I had. Although it was greatly appreciated to get an answer that glory was short lived. I was looking at a fidget spinner for a friend and the worker directed me to the glass case next to the register. I stood there waiting for someone to get free. While waiting I overheard another worker close by talking to some people about a fishing trip he had recently been on. He was leaning on the glass case and looked like he could talk forever about his trip. Seriously!? I can understand building a rapport with your customers but he was just talking story with them. After awhile I decided that this store did not want my money and I left. I walked out and as I did I took a good look around and noticed that there were a lot of people working there who weren't doing anything that could've helped me. I remembered that that's usually how it is: a surplus of workers just hanging out. I was there for 20 mins altogether. It took someone 15 mins to realize I needed help (kudos for him but still unacceptable) then 5 more for me to realize that good service is hard to come by here. My point being is that I've noticed before that the service here wasn't very good. But now I truly see that the service had never been good. I only wish I could give less than one star. read more

Located on the Macy's side of Pearlridge, Razor concepts is a store full of clothing from all kinds of different brands - local, mainland, character tees, they got em all - as well as a whole bunch of collectibles trinkets, jewelry, and other novelties that would bring you back to your childhood memories. Literally, like the toys that they used to sell back in the 90s at one of those mom and pop stores. Just last year, I got into collecting Funko Pops and I have to tell you....their stock is pretty amazing. They have a whole wall dedicated to Funko Pops and has them categorized by genres like TV shows, Movies, Anime, Disney, etc. If you plan on buying any Pops from them, just be advised that they're priced above retail, but expect to drop more money especially for exclusive pops. For the little girls, they have a whole bunch of Hello Kitty and Shopkins. For the boys, a bunch of Minecraft stuffs. They still have a Yu-Gi-Oh case full of cards! Service is either a hit or miss here. Majority of the time, there's a bunch of guys who's more than willing to help you and other times where they try to avoid you as much as possible by walking the other direction. They also have some cute and funny tshirts, such as what you can find at animation addict in ala moana. They have styles for both genders and ages. Yeah, the place is a little clutter feeling as you dont really know what they're main selling theme is, which I think is geared towards cars and the whole "racing" type. Got referred to this store by a friend to buy a spinner. I went there, and saw they were cheap Chinese made spinners that costed from $9-$40. Firstly this is ridiculous. I got the spinner with ceramic / skateboard bearings which was a $5 add on. I checked on Amazon and found that you could get one for less than $2. So... already a huge markup. Wow. Me being me, I payed the $18 for the spinner and I was satisfied. They offered warranty. Days later, I dropped my spinner and one of the bearings broke. Ok. I went back and they replaced the bearings with WORSE ones. I didn't notice. I then went back and they offered my (fixed) old bearings for $$$. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs! read more

Collectors beware, the amount of mark up they put on collectible figurines is ridiculous. Like other reviews have spoken to, they put a crazy mark up. I was looking at a few Funko figurines for my collection and there was a 6" Viserion and I asked the price and they said $60, I asked how they're able to sell another stores exclusive figures, as well as at an almost 400% markup. The clerk stated "because it is a 6" Pop, it is worth more". Also as stated in other reviews they remove stickers and replace em with VERY generic "Exclusive" or "Limited Edition" which reduces the value yet they will still try and sell for a crazy price. On the other side of the store 100% of their Pokemon plush merchandise is fake, Also the price they sell these obvious knock-offs is crazy as well. a 6" Pikachu plush which retails for approx $15 they try and sell for in excess of $35-$40. read more

Came to this store for accessories for my car and found that they have way more than I expected! Toys, T-shirts, comics and collectibles! I was just overwhelmed with everything they have...sales representatives were quick to answer questions and offer advice. The one thing that surprised me was that the sales rep said "We would hate to sell it to you and it's not what you need." I just started to play Airsoft with group of my friends. One of my good friends told me to check out the selection a Razor Sports in Pearlridge Mall. The worker there must eat, sleep, and dream about Airsoft because they knew all the answers to my questions. I feel they helped me pick out the right AirSoft gun to start. They didn't try to over sell me on a high priced gun. They recommended a few guns and I chose a middle of the road gun with all the features that I wanted. I also got some Ammo and some Green Gas. I am really looking forward to hitting the Airsoft Field with my friends this weekend. I will for sure come back here when I am ready to upgrade my gun. I received great service. I have never had customer service as insulting or bad before. Today i walked in, with a dress shirt i received from my parents. I was looking to exchange it or switch sizes. I had my gift receipt in hand, and shirt with all tags on. So i believed everything would be cool. NOPE. I was told that my shirt couldnt be returned, exchanged for a different size, or be turned in for store credit. This would have been more understandable, if the manager wasn't so rude. I asked him, "So what am i to do with this shirt if i cannot return/exchange/ect?" He told me," GO WIPE YOUR ASS WITH IT. WE DON"T WANT IT." That's really messed up.
