While the other owner's technique is superb I don't care for his bedside manner and he seemed resistant or kept forgetting my requests for pain management.

Worse was that they upcharged all the products because I had not booked at least three treatments at their facility. If I had purchased the same products directly from Obagi, I would have paid $468, almost $100 less.
