This clinic does everything they can and they do the best, but DO NOT BE FOOLED: you are BURNING your skin and actually making CRATERS in your skin. This is really serious stuff and I battled infection for 5 weeks. This is not the fault of the laser clinic but I do not want anyone else to take this lightly. I just had a lovely experience with the amazing ladies at the Complete Laser Clinic of Asheville inside the Asheville Mall. It just so happens that I had been looking to remove a hideous tattoo of mine for a very long time and had been comparing reputable local businesses around Asheville when I stumbled upon this location while on a lunch break. I went in to inquire about weight loss options and discovered that they offer laser tattoo removal. The ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and quickly answered all my questions as I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time. A nurse practitioner was able to whisk me back into a treatment room for a quick consultation and she measured me for my tattoo removal and quoted me a VERY reasonable price. She was kind and soft spoken. They scheduled me for the very same day and worked around my busy schedule. Now to the actual appointment: I arrived on time and was brought back to my treatment room immediately. My nurse gave me my lidocaine to numb my hand and was very gentle. She then gave me green protective eyewear and began the laser removal. My tattoo is very small and she finished quickly. Y'all, I thought this tattoo removal thing was absolutely the COOLEST thing to ever happen. I was totally fascinated by the process. It was barely painful and watching her zap away my ugly tattoo was totally amazing. She chatted with me the entire way through and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. These ladies are extremely professional. I am very serious about returning not only for my follow-up tattoo removal treatments but also for their weight loss programs. My torso was left much shorter and they asked me if I wanted a belly button? Of course I wanted a human belly button! Unfortunately, I was left with a belly button 6in. from my pubic area! My pubic area was left very fleshy. With all of this, I asked for a revision. After dealing with Necrosis for 6mos. a year later I had the revision. No, nothing improved, it was actually worse except for the pubic area was somewhat better. I feel I was "Botched." I gave it 2 stars because Dr. Humphreys is a very nice and likable person.

I feel so overwhelmed in that space. And they make you pay as soon as you walk in the door. There's a long row of cashiers in cubicles behind counters right at the entrance. This is a very cold and unwelcoming experience for a patient who is shy or has a little anxiety when visiting a doctor. Tulluck and her assistant are warm and welcoming but what you have to go through to get in to see them isn't worth it.
