She had done the exact same tooth on the other side a couple years prior and there was no problem at all ). I do not feel he handled it in a professional or kind way. He was demeaning and arrogant. He knew I was not happy when I left and even though he kept saying he wanted to keep me as a patient, it was always followed with a "but...". the office made no attempts to follow up or to reach out. I had no intentions of actually writing a negative review, but it seems they took me off the schedule for my next prescheduled cleaning, as I called to cancel it and they said they didn't have me on the schedule. That was aggressively rude. I never had any problems with her and her work was impeccable. But I'm not giving my money to this business.

While the other owner's technique is superb I don't care for his bedside manner and he seemed resistant or kept forgetting my requests for pain management.
