I had such a wonderful experience with Annie. When I first met her she was very personable and made me feel comfortable right away. I shared with her my battle with Melasma since 2016 and have tried a variety of laser treatments, expensive creams and high dosages of hydroquinone and that just irritated my skin and caused more issues. She was very knowledgeable about melasma and how to treat my hyperpigmentation disorder without causing irritation or making it worse. She put together a skincare plan on how to treat me. During my appointment she did the MOXI laser and it was hands down the best laser experience I have had. Like I mentioned I have had IPL, PiCO and fraxel in the past with other practitioners which wasn't a positive experience. Annie made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and asked questions to make sure i wasn't in pain. My laser experience was a breeze and I felt very pampered with a cooling mask right after. She prepared a nice bag of creams and specific directions on how to care for my skin and what to expect. After my 10 days my melasma has faded and my complexion looks brighter. I cannot recommend Annie highly enough. She is very thorough and attentive and helped me find a new filler option that I absolutely love. She listened to what I was looking for and worked with my face to get the results I was looking for. Everything was super clean and her injections are quick and painless. I got lip fillers which look very natural and she redid my masseter (jaw) Botox for tmj since it had been over 6 months since my other injections and they were tightening up again. I choose Aesthetics Intelligence because of the great reviews and I was looking for a Nurse Practitioner who had an extensive history with medical aesthetics. Fibroblast therapy is a popular procedure and I wanted a provider who used the Plasma MD. The Plasma MD is only available to medical professional so the results are consistent and noticeable. I started with a stubborn line in between my eyebrows. Annie gave me prescription grade numbing which I had on for an hour. When she started the procedure I did not feel much. She later added more numbing with had epinephrine with made me more numbing but made my heart beat faster. She told me about this at the beginning so I was not worried. I saw an improvement in my line within a week. I was so happy with the results I decided to Plasma MD pen around my mouth and chin. Annie is INCREDIBLE! She took the time and really listened to all of my skin/face concerns, the past treatments I have had done, and offered a variety of solutions to address them! She showed before and after pictures of past work to help me visualize, gave her own anecdotal input from treatments she's had done, and took the time to explain in detail each product she would use. She showed me the different options, how much product was in each, and explained the difference between all of them. I went to Aesthetics Intelligence for Microneedling with PRX, and my service was provided by Christine. I had an amazing experience both during the service and after. Before the service, I followed the directions for the numbing cream (applied 45 minutes prior to service) and that made sure the facial was a completely painless, relaxing experience. Christine was very informative and very clear about what she was putting on my face. After the service, my skin peeled for a day, but I made sure to use sunscreen and a little extra moisturizer to keep the new skin underneath protected. Now, I couldn't be happier with the results. I had nose fillers done and let me tell you, she was so knowledgeable and experienced. She thoroughly explained every step she was doing and even went into detail on why she did it.
