temple electric came out and gave us an estimate, we advised them we would let them know if we would select their company as we had other offers. called them numerous times and spoke with a young lady who kept telling us she left chip a message to call us back and he was refusing to call us. not sure if he was upset that we advised him we wouldn't go with him on doing all our electrical needs as we found someone else to do some of our other work for a lot less and only needed them to complete one job. hope this is the real reason. . . read more

Chip sent a great team to set-up two TVs. It was a big job. Dan gave us great advice and we made some changes to the original plan (adding a swivel mount and replacing an older tv with a larger, newer model to fit the space). I hired this company to install wiring in my home for several new interior outlets and one exterior outlet. Approximately 14 months later, the new outlets started crashing and powering off without any apparent reason. I called Temple Electric to have someone visit my home, diagnose the problem, and make repairs. "Ashley" returned my call and told me that "they do not service my area." I live in central Phoenix. Oddly enough, they never told me that they would not visit my home to make repairs when quoting the original job. read more

I had a easy request...I need an outlet in my garage for my refrigerator that will not trip the breaker. I say easy but the breaker is over on the other side of the house. I talked with the technician gave him all the information and he said no problem we can come off this line here punch it threw the wall drop it over here and you are done. Here I am worried that there were going to be holes in my walls and drywall patching that would be visible. That would be the problem as my wife is very picky when it comes to what is visible. But not a problem they came in, did the work, it took a short amount of time, and the price was reasonable. I came home and did not think they even showed up because I could not see a mess nor any problems. They patched it perfectly, painted where they needed to and made it look perfect. Just found Temple Electric this month after we moved and needed our old lighting changed out and some trouble shooting done. Did lots of web searches for electricians in Scottsdale and found that Temple Electric had lots of great reviews. Now that our initial job is completed I can see why Chip and his great crew gets such raves. We had 12 lights to either be replaced or moved, along with a few switch existing switch issues. Everyone was great to work with, explained everything they were doing, keep our house neat and clean as they went. They even drywall patched a couple of small holes that were left behind with the light changes, which I have never had an electrician do. We used Temple 3-4 years ago to mount a TV and get our Harmony remote all set up. We are snow birds and COX said we needed to change cable boxes. Had to have COX techs come out three times and the last one said it had nothing to do with them. Long and short, Temple came out fix the problem in 30 minutes and said COX should have know what the problem was. Had Temple reset the Harmony due to the new COX boxes and fixed the problem COX should have done with the wiring. Totally recommend them, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. read more
