I called Fun and More Rentals to find out about bike rental rates. Half day $6. $12 full day. By the time we got to Anna Maria Island, it was in the afternoon, & a half day rate was perfect for us. We picked out our bikes and they made sure they were good to go. I asked them to adjust my seat a few times and I tested it around their nice size parking lot and all was well. I like that they have parking here too because we left our car. Parking can be quite difficult in Anna Maria Island. This was such an easy, friendly experience. They also let me know the best route to take with less cars. That was left out of the parking lot and left at the next street. It sure was perfect. Definitely recommend their bike rentals. $6 for a half day rate and a brand new bike can't be beat. My husband had the new bike. I could have, but I needed the lower bike. read more

We rented a golf cart from Fun & More Rentals for our 5 day stay on Anna Maria Island. My husband contacted the company prior to arriving in Florida to secure a golf cart. Our transaction at the location was quick and easy and there were no hidden fees. The employees were laid back and had great customer service. Our yellow chariot was clean, fueled up and ready to go. My only recommendation for renters is as follows: We rented a 4 person cart. The driver and one passenger are forward facing and covered under the roof. The other 2 passengers sit backward and do not have a roof covering them. Not a big deal, it is what we reserved because we didn't know any better but it does get to be a hot ride at only 22mph max speed in the middle of the day. Recommend: bring a beach towel to cover your legs/knees while riding on the cart...you will sunburn. Also, you can use the towel to cover the seats and so you don't burn your behind when getting back on the cart! Next time, we will rent a 4-passenger cart with all forward facing seats that have a roof over our heads. Also know that you cannot travel back to the mainland or any bridge in a golf cart. :-) read more

I can't say enough great things about this place! We came for one night for my dads birthday and wanted a golf cart for the 6 of us to get around the island a little easier (and it's so much more fun!). Brandon and his fiancé ere so sweet and easy to deal with! They let us pick a color for our golf cart, made sure we knew the rules/laws and were flexible on our pickup and drop off time. They assured us that we could. Well we had a pond with to launch in with no access to the mangroves. We called today and they would not refund our money or even meet us half way! A Fun and More golf cart was delivered to our AMI rental prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, it was in poor condition, basically a clunker. Called the next morning requesting an exchange for a cart in better condition, even if costing more money. Was told to come by the shop. The shop had three carts lined up ready to go, all in much better shape. Requested an exchange for the yellow cart lined up in front. Employee said the clunker, named "Ella", wasn't aesthetically pleasing, "but it really rides well". He went on to say the yellow cart had a "gear issue". As the employee went to help another customer, I took the yellow cart for a 20 yard loop around their parking lot. Told him the yellow golf cart would be fine. He gave me the key for the clunker, and told me to bring it back to them, at which point he'd exchange it for the yellow cart. 10 minutes later the same fellow calls, says an employee "saw me driving the yellow cart", for which I "was not authorized", and for that reason they couldn't honor an exchange for the clunker. Told him no problem, we'd be back in 10 minutes and they could issue a full refund for our prepayment. After a moment of silence, he said he'd do that. Later realized the refund was $50 short. Called back to explanation, person said the $50 withheld was a contract fee and for delivery (of the clunker). Ended up renting from Robinhood Rentals on the north side of AMI, getting a beautiful golf cart (Yamaha, raised, like new). Both the rental and return experience were seamless, professional, a wonderful experience. Appears Fun and More has some nice golf carts and some clunkers in their fleet. Suspect it's a challenge each week getting customers to accept the clunkers. I wouldn't have bothered leaving a review had they not withheld the $50 from the refund, without even telling me. The kind of business I look to avoid. read more

Rented a bike for my stay on AMI for a week the communication was great with any questions I had. The online ordering was easy. They had it delivered before I arrived and picked it up the day I left. Delivery is free. They also included a bike lock. The only thing that I wish the bike had was a water bottle holder. Bad experience and won't rent from them ever again. Bikes delivered to the wrong unit (even though I provided the correct address), locks so sticky they barely opened, seat post wouldn't raise til we borrowed a neighbor's tool. I emailed 4 days into the 7-day rental and requested a partial refund. They emailed me back 4 days later (after we were already home!) and said no refund, that I hadn't contacted them in time. I only gave one star because there was no lower level to give. We rented a four-passenger cart from them on September 7th and intended to keep it for a week. We were quoted a price at almost $500 golf cart had bad brakes, the steering was bad, it drove like a death trap. We returned it and told them the issues and they didn't have any more four seaters so they put us in a six-seater and told me they wouldn't even charge me for the upgrade. Well I thought to myself that's good cuz I wouldn't pay for an upgrade I didn't want to succeed her I rented a four seater. As we were driving to the grocery store once again I noticed the brakes were bad the steering was way off and then the muffler fell off or broke or something and it was extremely loud. I was afraid I was going to get pulled over by the police. It took it straight back to them and told them I was done because I wasn't going to spend my entire week on the island at their business exchanging carts due to safety reasons. I was told that they would email me receipts, bug they never did. When I got home and checked my credit card statement, they had refunded some of my money, bug charged me the daily rate if approx. 185. I called in to talk to them about it and the manager said there was nothing they could do that was their policy. They offered no concession or discounts for all the trouble we went through and then have the audacity to charge me that much money for a broken down cart that we couldn't even use. There are plenty of other places to rent from.....do it! read more

We rented everything we needed for our week in AMI from Fun and More. Crib, baby gates, beach tent, beach chairs and golf cart with child booster seat. They delivered it all to our unit before we arrived and brought us the golf cart once we arrived so we could sign the forms. Everyone was extremely nice and professional from the first call for the rental to the last call letting them know we had left and all the rentals were there for them to pickup. We had a large group that rented carts for the afternoon. It took a bit to get our stuff together, so I got to chat with the guys in the shop, great down to earth folks. We talked about the best places to eat, best beach parking, sites to see. The whole shop chimed in, they broke out a map of the island and after that we felt like locals. Our carts worked out perfectly , they were gas powered, so no need to worry about battery life, they ensured we were topped off with fuel before we left. We did spend most of our time waiting on a table at the ugly grouper(over an hour) and an hour or so eating, but the food was plentiful and tasted amazing. We did not order ahead of time so we were extremely grateful they had a cart for us to rent at the last minute!!! I still recommend ordering ahead. You might get a better vehicle. The guys were pleasant & helpful. They did not make us feel like a burden (since we didn't make reservations ahead of time) So glad we did not pay attention to the reviews. The customer service when you call is beyond unhelpful. I'm shocked businesses like this stay open. I asked where they are located and was given an address - I asked if they were located near the sandbar and she said no but gave no next logical landmark. I wanted to see if they do hourly golf cart rentals like beach bums on the island does. They don't and they also charged us $80 plus tax for a 3 hour rental when they quoted me $80 for a 4 hour rental. We finally arrived and got our golf cart. About 1.5 hours into the rental some sort of belt broke and the cart completely stalled out on Manatee Avenue near the public beach. My husband had to push it out of the street into the beach area where we waited for their tech to come and check it out. We waited for them to come back with a part and overall it took 30-45 minutes off our ride. We went to return the cart at 4:55pm and all the doors were locked early. They also offered no sort of discount or anything for the inconvenience of a broken janky golf cart. It was loud and the 4 seaters offer no shade for the 2 ppl who ride in the very back. Also you have to gas it back up before you return it. I will only rent electric carts going forward and only from the other well known companies on the island. Do not rent from these guys. They simply don't care enough about their customers to want to stay in business. read more

Our first day at the beach was Saturday so I was eager to get bikes. 9am I had all the local number to get information. The first place I called the girl was not friendly at all so I moved on to Fun And More. The girl who answers the phone on the weekends is AWESOME! She is the reason I rented from them. She took the time to answer all my questions, which was alot. They deliver& pick up. Helmets are included and bikes are reasonable. Mine had a squeak to it that WD40 could not fix but I got over it. Outstanding service. My keys were stolen from my cart and when I called the lady on the phone was very sympathetic. She arranged for one of her staffers to drop another key off for me and within less than 10 minutes I had another key in hand. Staff are all friendly, hospitable and very knowledgeable.
