My review is long over due. I have been coming for probably 7-8 times now. I have signed up a 10 packs facial with a discounted rate of microblading service. It was the best thing I have ever done. This place was referred by a friend that has been with one of their beauty technician Coco, who also works at their other location in Alhambra. I am pretty picky when it comes to facial service because most places would leave me scars or redness during extraction and just doesn't seem fit to my skin type. So I was very happy to found this place. None the less with Coco. She was very patience and detail oriented. She make sure everything is alright before moving forward. She also does this very unique Chinese "gua Sha" (scraping lightly on the shoulder back and towards the head) method as part of their detox facial. It was always very relaxing. The whole facial takes about 1.5- 2 hours, and cost $100. I think it is very reasonable with some level of shoulder massage and full facial treatment. I also highly recommend their microblading service. I've also gone through this service with Coco. And as an Asian, I do think she understands a lot of Asian feature and was able to recommend a good brow shape for me. Both my mother in law and sister in law have done microblading somewhere else, only mind have last the longest in color and in shape. I have short brow and love long eye liners. So this save me a lot of time in the morning. And she even make sure I was my face normally and applied the antibiotics cream for three days to avoid inflammation. I found this place through groupon, which thank god- it was the perfect stop on my journey down to OC as I wait for traffic to die down on a Friday afternoon. The spa is located on the second floor inside the plaza your GPS leads to. As you take up the stairs, the doors immediately greet you. I scheduled for an appointment at 2:30, came 30 min early, and was immediately serviced with almost no wait time. Michelle was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me select the lashes that best suit my eyes. After all, this is my first ever lash extension experience. The process was painless. I think I fell asleep 2 times within the hour. Make sure that you're hydrated before your session. Before you know it, your session is over and you now have beautiful lashes! I didn't feel any burning sensation, but my eyes did feel a little dry after some time which is completely normal. Get eye drops. Michelle will go over after care with you, and if you do feel burning immediately after, dont be afraid to tell her. I read so many great reviews about this place, so I tried calling the number to book an appointment. Tried all morning but nobody picked up. Since the place is only 15 minutes drive, I decided to drive up there to check it out (maybe they were busy serving customers?...) I got there, rang the door bell, some young girl answered the door. I asked why nobody picked up the phone. She said they no longer used that phone number. Each customer books appointment directly with their preferred technician via private line. But I heard so many good thing about this particular technician named CoCo and I would really like to try her... the young lady said I should just take down her own number and book with her instead. She refused (nicely) to give me CoCo's phone number. I don't like their business practice. I can sense the competition among their employees. It seems like whoever gets a hold of a new customer, they "own" the customer. Customers don't have any choice, especially when they no longer answer their main business line. Feels like when you step into a car dealership, whoever greets you first is your salesman! This sucks for me big time. I'll look somewhere else! read more

I love the location! It's convenient, exotically decorated and surrounded by tons of Asian stores. The "check-in" special is well priced, though they did charge me $15 to remove my old eyelashes. All other places I've been waive that fee when I purchase a full set rather than a refill. The lady who worked on me seemed to have a different taste in beauty from me - I like the seductive sexy look, whereas she said I looked better with fewer and thinner eyelashes. I don't feel that my eyes popped much with her work, though I wouldn't say it's bad. I just don't disagree with her sense of beauty. I would still recommend the place if you usually go for a lighter, unnoticeable look. read more

I usually get detox facials and have had wonderful results. I'm in my early 40s and the past year, my skin has improved so much that I can confidently say it is better than ever, even better than when I was in my twenties when I had adult acne. Last month, I tried My Beauty's Anti-Aging facial because a friend of mine who is also a client there had done it and her face changed from great to AMAZING! I wasn't expecting much after my first and only session but about a week after, I noticed dramatic results! At first I thought I lost some weight but no! My skin was lifted and my face looks tighter. This was my 2nd time having my eyelashes done. I had them done about 10 years ago at a nail salon so I had very little knowledge about this procedure. The technician was very nice and friendly and I came early and she wasn't busy so she took me in early. I was very pleased with the results but after talking with friends I found out that there is some after care that is involved and daily brushing to keep the area clean and free of bacteria. This was never mentioned. I believe that the customers well being is very important and because it was not even brought up once I would never go back! If you're used to having eyelashes then the technician I got did great but if it's your first time, try another place. read more

If you are looking to get eyelash extensions, you have to try this place! I have been getting them here a handful of times now, and each time is just as good as the first visit. Quality eyelashes (you have a few to select from), excellent service, amazing prices (esp. if you purchase package of them). Most importantly, my eyelash extensions do not irritate me and they stay on (longer than others that I have tried which are irritating).
