I enjoyed getting my facial done here and my Esthetician Hannah was great! My skin just looked and felt soft and clean. Highly recommend this spot for facials! I purchased a package and have so far had 3 facials. My most recent one was with Hannah, and it was so relaxing that I fell asleep. The facial included a mask, extractions, a face and neck massage, and a skin analysis. At the end, they ask if you'd like any sunscreen. They customize the treatment based on your skin that day. There's free parking. The salon is located on the second floor. Credit cards, cash, and Zelle/Venmo accepted. There's a really nice restroom with a bidet. The salon is nice and very clean. It's been a while since I've been pampered and with my wedding around the corner, I knew that my skin needed some loving. A friend recommended Hannah to me. I was sold when she claimed Hannah's hands were angelic, and they did not lie. The facial started off with a cleanse and a massage. Which, I was screaming inside as my poor body needed this kind of pampering for a long time. Not only did my face, but my neck, shoulders, and back received a massage, AND MY HANDS TOO! Does it get any better? Yes. An hour and a half flies so quickly when you're being pampered and before you know it, it's over. The facility itself is very clean and quiet. There are so many instruments they offer for their facial that are lined against the wall when you walk towards your designated rooms. TL;DR The massage started as relaxing, the sales pitch during the facial was a huge turn off and the treatment didn't seem tailored to my skin at all. I had a good experience here, not great. It was my first facial ever and I was excited because I've been hearing positive reviews on lymphatic massages. So when I saw they had a grand opening with reasonably-priced specials ($59 for classic, $69 for acne, and $79 for deluxe), I booked an appointment via Instagram. I do wish I had known there was more than one esthetician, because then I would have booked my facial with Hannah, whom I've read promising reviews about. When I arrived 15 minutes early, they were able to accommodate me. The entire office, including the bathroom, was immaculate - it looked like a brand new facility. I The esthetician I got was Liz. She was friendly and had a calming aura. I really liked the head, neck, shoulder massage. This is where a good experience could really have become a great one. I mentioned several times that I like strong pressure and she continued to be very gentle with my facial. Again, it was my first time so I wasn't sure if maybe this was a typical experience of a facial. But towards the end of the facial, I asked if there was a different type of facial I can get for the lymphatic massage, and she said I just needed to tell her to increase the pressure. Um... hello? Isn't that what I mentioned multiple times throughout the facial? Felt like I wasted my time not getting the service I asked for. Secondly, the first half of the facial was great but about 30 minutes in, it started feeling a little sales-y. She asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the deluxe when I had originally signed up for the classic. She hadn't mentioned the price and I actually thought it was only a $10 difference but it was $20 extra for using one additional machine? I don't know, I didn't think it was worth it. And we were just going back and forth about the deluxe package and I felt this conversation would have been much more appropriate BEFORE the facial and not during. You know the feeling you get when you go to a car dealership to buy a car? Yeah, it felt like that. Also to note, Liz primarily spoke Korean which... I'm elementary-level at best. So there were a lot of things she said I didn't understand. Just something to be aware of. Furthermore, I believe there are different options for the deluxe package, which she never asked if I had a preference. If I could have chosen, I would have gotten the V-line one since my face is more round instead of whatever she gave me, which wasn't tailored to my skin needs at all. read more

I've had many facials at hotels, casinos, cruises, at Glen Ivy & at independent girls businesses. This was my first Korean facial. I have NEVER had a facial like this one. It was a facial AND a neck, shoulder, upper back massage as well as face massage, like Gua Sha but with their skilled fingers. Usually all the massages i have its just applying the serums and machine treatments. So this was above and beyond a regular facial. They also did a hand mask so that was completely unexpected. The bed was so comfy and usually its just a sheet but the blanket over me was thick and comfy; I thought I'd get hot but I didn't. My technician Liz applied strong pressure to my back and I'm sore today from it! But it felt very good at the appointment as I like a tougher massage. Order of services by Liz (to the best of my memory): Double cleansing Skin Assessment Face Mask Hand mask Back massage Face massage Extractions Treatment 1 Treatment 2 Face mask 2 serums Lotion Pricing: As a new first time massage my service was $89. I usually like getting a HydraFacial and they recommended the Aqua facial which is a very similar service. These treatments are usually about $120 for a 50min-1 hr service. What's unique about this place is they offer 2 types of treatments for $180 retail which lasts 80min. I forget the 2nd treatment I did but it helped with hydration. After the session they had a promotion that if i buy 10 sessions for $1300 i can pay half now half later. For all these services at the same price of $130 a session it is definitely worth it. They also will comp the $89 free and give a first time gift card for a friend, so its really like 12 sessions for 1300. I did not take advantage of this offer as I was not prepared to drop that much cash upfront on facials. As much as a deal it is its a lot of cash upfront that I was not prepared to spend. However, I am considering still coming back and taking advantage of the offer still. Def try this place for yourself, you won't regret it! read more

Last week, I booked my body profile shoot and needed an urgent recovery for my dry skin and stiff shoulder, and I saw that she posted an instagram story which was about skin care promotion. What a perfect timing. It took almost one hour drive to this newly opened shop, it is quite roomy and soooooo clean!!!!! Especially the restroom is impressively clean!! Liz carefully did my facial, shoulder and back. She used several new skincare machines and ended up with shoulder oil massage and face pack. I used to do crossfit everyday, and my shoulder and back were kind of released from pain and my face was getting so smooth. It was very worth it to drive one hour. I saw a trial price of $69 on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and when I got to the front desk, they asked if I wanted the $89 treatment. I clearly said no, I wanted to try the technique and products first to see if they met my requirements. However, when it came time to pay, they said it was $89 because they used a machine. The beautician, Hanna, said the front desk hadn't explained this. I originally wanted to join a membership and buy a package, but they lost a permanent customer just to earn an extra $20. The beautician even reminded me to tip. The environment was clean and the service was decent, but this kind of forced consumption is really bad. If you want to try it, you need to clearly tell the beautician which treatment you want when you enter the room, otherwise the price won't be the same as what you originally wanted.p read more
