Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience here, particularly with my eyebrows. The actual location looked nothing like the pictures and was much messier than I expected. I paid for a brow wax, but the person working on my brows plucked off a large portion of them, leaving the shape looking very uneven and unlike what I had asked for. She was also texting on her phone throughout the appointment, which was unprofessional and resulted in me having to wait. When I asked if she could make an adjustment because I didn't feel my eyebrows had been shaped correctly, she became defensive and told me that I was incorrect and that my eyebrows were not properly shaped. I felt that she was unwilling to accept any criticism or feedback. At that point, I was ready to leave, but I decided to give her another chance. Unfortunately, I still did not like the result. I paid for the service, and afterward she commented that I had not left a tip. I gave her one, but apparently it wasn't enough, because she gave me a very dirty look. I had not seen any sign indicating a required tip amount, so I was surprised that this was treated as an issue. I was honestly going to tell her that I was unhappy with the work, but after my initial attempt to give feedback was met with defensiveness, I didn't feel that saying anything further would accomplish anything. I also didn't want to be unnecessarily rude or hurt her feelings, so I simply left. I later visited my regular brow technician, who had recently returned from being out of work, and she immediately asked what had happened to my eyebrows. She told me that it may take another month or two for them to grow back enough to properly fix the shape. I cannot speak to the quality of their lash services, but based on my experience, I would not return. The quality of the brow service, lack of professionalism, poor communication, and the way my concerns were handled were all extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you are looking for a brow service. read more

Nicky is so sweet and nice, she's also very professional! This was my first time getting my lashes done so she consulted with me first and decide which works best for me. She advised me to do classic 12 mm but I asked for 14 mm because I have my skating competition coming up and I wanted to have something dramatic. Nicky was right about it. 14 mm might have been little too long for me but for the sake of my performance, this is going to be great. Also I originally have pretty long lashes, it is definitely more noticeable. When I go back next time, I will try 12. I've never gotten eyelash extensions before. So I looked on google and found this place near me. I saw the reviews and called. I explained my concerns. She answered my questions and it was easy to book. I put a 20 dollar deposit and my appt was set. When we met she explained what style would suit me I told her I wouldn't want my eyes to look droopy. My eyes look wide and the lashes don't look heavy. I believe I got fox style also it's very clean and all products used have a light scent or not scent. So far no allergies 24hrs later. read more

Some of you might be like me and have extremely high myopia and want the vision freedom. From my experience, I researched ICL surgery since 2019. Once EVO ICL was FDA approved, I started looking for a surgeon for advice and see if I was a candidate. Before choosing IQ Laser Vision, I had gone to a different surgeon and he did say I was a EVO ICL candidate, however I was not impressed by him. I was later referred to IQ Laser Vision, where they contacted me and scheduled an appointment to see if I was a candidate. Their multiple offices made it easy for me to go meet with an advisor and doctor. However, with personal reasons, I was unable to get the surgery done during that year after that initial consult and going through their state of the art arcscan (apparently they're the only office that are using this technology to make sure to see if your eye has enough space/vault...very cool). Fast forward March 2026, I contacted IQ laser vision again in hopes that maybe I can ask them for another consult. Again, the advisor walked me through, doctors did their check up, arcscan again (still cool) and I was able to schedule my surgery. It was an honor to have Dr. Robert Lin be available to do my EVO ICL surgery. He was incredibly patient with my questions, listened to my story of researching this procedure, and I knew I was in good hands from someone who had worked on so many eyes. Perhaps my favorite part aside from the whole journey of vision correction and having 20/20 vision is that you can feel how much Dr. Lin cared for his patients. He called me personally to make sure my first day post surgery was ok. And even after 4 months later, he contacted me to make sure I was ok and how I am liking my vision. For those who are like me going back and forth about vision correction, I highly recommend making an appointment/consult to see if you can be a candidate. From there you can move forward and make that decision. I know it was later than I anticipated for myself, but I can truly say I am happy having that peace of mind that I can wake up and see, not have to worried about my glasses/contacts during a possible evacuation (fire or earthquake), and do water sport without fear of infections if I wore my contacts. That mental peace is probably the second to best part of this journey.

At 41, I've started to think that advancements in eye correction technology are much more promising than what has been available in the past. Surgery can be a daunting experience, especially when it involves your eyes. However, I encourage you to try the "Evo ICL" it's safe and has improved since last year. One of the best parts about this procedure is that if you're not satisfied with the results, or if a better option comes along, you can reverse the treatment. So, there's really no major risk if it doesn't work out. I qualified for the "Evo" ICL, and while I had my doubts at first, I've learned that patience is key when adjusting to a new way of seeing. Along with eye drops to aid the healing process, I found that after about three months, my eyes began to coordinate and adjust. What was once a constant dependency on glasses is now improving, and I'm starting to feel more normal without them. It's funny; I still find myself touching my face to lift imaginary glasses that no longer exist--it's just a habit! I highly recommend this option to anyone who wants to change their vision, whether it's for practical reasons, like gaming without glasses or to keep up with future technologies like AI glasses. As technology continues to advance, my previous vision issues made it difficult to enjoy some of these innovations. This procedure has truly helped me.

The whole process just took 20 minutes and the results were terrible. One side didn't lift at all, and the other side only had a slightly lift that didn't even last an hour. It was clear she didn't put in much effort. Terrible job.

Will definitely go for more natural look next time around since it's kinda hard to open my eyes haha.. Also, she gives you the CUTEST eyelash brush upon leaving so keep on eye out for that!! :) Overall, fair prices and a lovely and clean spot with easy parking!
