Avoid this company and go with someone else!…read more When setting up the initial rental over the phone, the gentleman was very professional and helpful. And honestly, that is the only positive I have out of this company. The day of the event - which was my sons birthday party with other kids there - it all went downhill very quickly. I was told my window of drop off for the bounce house and some games would be between 7-9am. Then it got changed to 9-10am from a phone call from the driver. By 950am he calls me again and said he would be there in a half hour. By 1030am, he still hadn't shown up, so I called the driver about 3 times, and there was no answer. I was trying to get in touch with the company to see if they could reach the driver, but again no answer. Around 11am, the driver finally calls me back saying they had an emergency to deal with in a town about 15 minutes from where I was hosting the birthday party. That turned out to be very inaccurate information, because he was first on his way to that town from their home base in Clifton. By 1230pm, they still hadn't shown up, but called me to let me know that the crew that packed the truck didn't pack the blower for the bounce house. At this point everything is a total of almost 4 hours late. My next door neighbor actually happened to have a bounce house blower, so he saved the day. I was also finally able to get in touch with the company itself and sent in a complaint about how unprofessional this all was. The same gentleman that helped me with the initial over the phone rental told me he was going to reach out to his manager and inquire about a partial refund for me. When the drivers finally arrived, they were apologetic and set up everything quickly and properly. They said a crew would be out to switch out the blower in about a half hour, and those guys were the only ones on time. I signed all the paperwork and the company reached out to me to talk to me about a partial refund. We agreed on a fair amount, and the gentleman told me to wait a few business days, but as of current, I still have not received the refund, and I am unable to get in touch with anyone from the company. I would definitely save yourself the hassle and headaches from this company, and go with anyone else.
