Everything that I asked to be refunded is within reason and the Judge 100% agreed. You can't put out half built equipment and decor HOURS after the event start time and not compensate for that. You can't sit down and enjoy my food and drinks (which we have photographed) while the setup is incompelete yet I'm running around like crazy trying to pick up his slack and missing time with my guests at my own event! This is beyond poor business practice. I'm sure he can have alot of successful events but this was not one of them and he should make things right. I chose his business specifically because I wanted to support Black owned businesses with this party I threw. I whole heartedly regret giving this vendor a chance. He's rude, arrogant and irresponsible. He admitted to several wrong doings on his part and promised me $700+ back. He thought he could throw me a few dollars as a partial refund and that I would go away. So, then I took him to court for the full amount I felt I was owed. Again, there's now a written court order for him to pay me back and he refuses. Choose wisely because you don't want to be in my shoes fighting for your hard earned money. I do not recommend. My daughters first birthday party was nothing short of breathtaking!!!! It literally brought me to tears. No seriously, I walked in and my stomach was filled with butterflies I was so happy, no no I was so OVERJOYED that I cried and I immediately called Danny on the spot to thank him. I remember my words were "I am going to slap you" he of course jumped to defense and I stopped him and I said "you literally have me crying right now I am SO HAPPY thank you So much Danny I LOVE IT"... Danny and his team delivered beyond my expectations!! I wanted a Parisian Garden themed party and I got a notch up. It was a Royal Parisian Garden. The stage emulated royalty fit for a princess. YES! My princess indeed! He even had Parisian music playing while my guests entered. It was perfectly executed and I loved every single detail. Daniel and his team have a passion for what they do and it gleams through their deliverance every time.
