Luckily for me, I was able to pick up right away. In order to pick up, they do require appointments because it is a warehouse in Commerce. The 15 min appointments are easy to get. I recommend getting there a few minutes earlier to your appointment time. You pick up the fitness equipment in the 'Will Call' area in the back of the warehouse (not in the front office). This warehouse was about $1.55 per LB, which is a great price point for the value. The staff was very transparent about the timing of receiving their shipments for pre-order items and very friendly staff. They were very responsive over the phone. My mom picked up the plates and the staff was very friendly and loaded the plates directly into her car.

Abe and his partner gave me a flat rate fee (which I was content on paying) instead of a standard hourly service since it was a fix for two machines. Not only did I save $ on the service but they also had the parts ready to replace both the belt and particular model motherboard on hand. It took them a few hours to fix both machines and they even gave me a 30 day service warranty after. They also provided information on proper maintenance care before leaving. Top notch service! I didn't think much of it at first since I was looking for cheapest possible price, but All You Fitness happened to have the model that I (meaning my wife) wanted. The price was more expensive then what I was looking for in a used machine, and I was skeptical about the offered warranty from a shop I have never heard of. However a quick check on the excellent reviews here on Yelp changed my mind and I'm happy to say that I didn't regret it! Once the machine was installed at home, I started hearing some squeaking sounds, which I didn't hear when I tested it at the shop. I was embarrassed to call up Ivan about this, since my understanding is that it's pretty common, but he immediately scheduled someone to come take a look. Now, All You Fitness Equipment may have met my expectations, but I was truly blown away by the care and attention given by the person who came out to inspect the machine (Jorge). He was able to figure out the problem, and also replaced some parts to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. Another great point for All You Fitness is their free delivery. If I ended up buying a used machine from a person on that other website, I had originally planned to rent a pick up truck and move it myself. However after seeing the actual machine in person, I'm very glad that I didn't. I didn't think about it when I see these machines at the gym but really, these machines are ginormous and also weigh a ton (about 318 pounds for my model). Even though it does have wheels to help with moving, there would have been plenty of times that I would need to lift the machine. My back and knees are glad that I didn't try.
