Plus their delivery fee includes assembly and was 1/3rd the cost of the websites I was looking at. I called and spoke to Charles who confirmed he had the models we wanted you to try. We went after work since they were having a Labor Day sale. He was extremely knowledgeable and went over the products, explained the differences, and had us try everything. Zero pressure sales, just friendly knowledge. After an hour and a lot of sweat we picked the equipment. A Spirit Fitness XBR95 Recumbent Bike and a Vectra 220 Elliptical. I was originally going to get the Spirit elliptical but I really like the feeling of the Vectra better. We purchased on Tuesday and it was delivered Friday. They don't just order from the manufacturer they have their own warehouse inventory and use a dedicated delivery and assembly team. The delivery crew was equally awesome. While building the equipment they talked about workout tips, showed all the features of the equipment, and went over preventative maintenance tips. I totally love our purchases and even on the lowest setting the elliptical is kicking my butt so I look forward to improving my endurance! If you're looking for fitness equipment look no further. I contacted Will on multiple occasions informing him of the problem, and he's has gave me multiple excuses for not returning my calls because he was at a wake. Then he promise to show up Saturday morning and didn't. So I'm force to correct their mistake myself. I paid him $260 dollars and couldn't use the machine correctly because of their bad assembly. Notice the gym installed correctly with the bench adjustment on the left, and also the instructions clearly showing it on the left. Then look at my gym with the bench adjustment on the right. You would think this would be easy for someone who does this for a living.

I didn't think much of it at first since I was looking for cheapest possible price, but All You Fitness happened to have the model that I (meaning my wife) wanted. The price was more expensive then what I was looking for in a used machine, and I was skeptical about the offered warranty from a shop I have never heard of. However a quick check on the excellent reviews here on Yelp changed my mind and I'm happy to say that I didn't regret it! Once the machine was installed at home, I started hearing some squeaking sounds, which I didn't hear when I tested it at the shop. I was embarrassed to call up Ivan about this, since my understanding is that it's pretty common, but he immediately scheduled someone to come take a look. Now, All You Fitness Equipment may have met my expectations, but I was truly blown away by the care and attention given by the person who came out to inspect the machine (Jorge). He was able to figure out the problem, and also replaced some parts to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. Another great point for All You Fitness is their free delivery. If I ended up buying a used machine from a person on that other website, I had originally planned to rent a pick up truck and move it myself. However after seeing the actual machine in person, I'm very glad that I didn't. I didn't think about it when I see these machines at the gym but really, these machines are ginormous and also weigh a ton (about 318 pounds for my model). Even though it does have wheels to help with moving, there would have been plenty of times that I would need to lift the machine. My back and knees are glad that I didn't try. Ultimate Customer Service!…read more So I purchased two rolls of the 4x25 rubber flooring from Mike on Monday this week. Unfortunately, one of the rolls had a weird spot on it that wasn't 100% vulcanized and was semi deteriorated. I called Mike and he offered to bring me a roll but it would be later in the day. Since I had equipment coming Tuesday, I kinda needed it fast. I asked if I needed to return the roll and Mike said nope, that's yours now. I'll replace it and give you a second roll for your trouble. I couldn't believe it! In this day and age, the customer service level was absolutely incredible. Mike, thank you so much, I got it all worked out and have the extra roll now.
