After trying different brow persons, I went to Elizabeth for brow waxing. She is gentle so that the process is much less uncomfortable than I found with others. She is careful not to remove too much brow hair since my brows are now sparse as it is. By the time she finishes the short appointment, there's an immediate improvement in how my brows look. So glad I found Elizabeth. I just moved from Stockton and especially due to covid I haven't had any eyebrow service in a long time . I went to Elizabeth and did a henna and eye brow shape and she did amazing. I didn't even have to do eyebrow makeup , then I did a lamination and they were perfect . 2 weeks later now I still love them I'd definitely recommend especially if your eyebrows split and grow different ways like mine did. they comb so easy now and it makes It so easy to do your makeup . I went to this place to get my brows laminated. I had them done elsewhere once before with no issues. After she finished my brows I could tell they were very dry and curling all over the place. When I messaged her about how unhappy I was with them, she Roland me she has a no refund policy but admitted that she did not process them long enough. She told me I should come back and have them done for longer, which made no sense to me because she had told me at my original appointment that doing them any longer would burn off my finer hairs (since I had two hair types in my brows). All in all, be careful. He refund policy is ridiculous even when she admits a mistake on her part. If she didn't think she could process my brows to achieve a good result without damage, she should have told me I was not a good candidate for the service. My brows curl all over and the best was to describe them is they look like they have static. They are unruly. Lamination can go wrong! Don't go here in my opinion! read more
