Such a great experience here today! The salon got super busy while I was there, but everyone stayed calm, professional, and so kind to every customer. I was very disappointed with my services. My mom and I booked two pedicures and a full set. I specifically asked if they could apply acrylic to toes and they said yes. However, they seemed upset when my mom tried to tell them what and how she wanted her set to be. The work speaks for itself. Spent almost 4 hours here and left upset with the result. I had builder gel applied to my toes in hopes of making them look even. The first woman who worked on my pedicure didnt even ask what I wanted, just went right in clipping my nails and buffing the skin off my second toe. My mom's full set looks horrible. She wanted a basic french tip with a nude base. The only reason we didnt stay and ask for it to be fixed is because we had things to do. The people working on our toes were laughing a lot, speaking their language while pointing at our toes, felt very rude. We wont be returning or recommending. read more

In 55 years, I've never had such an amazing pedicure. Lily is the best! I highly recommend the Deluxe 4 in 1 pedicure. The pedicure lasted more than an hour with numerous massages throughout. She's a perfectionist! The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to the East Bay. The place was immaculate and peaceful. I can not recommend Lily and Sky Nails enough! Give them a try. I have tried to look for my go to your nail salon in Manteca for five years, but I have not been able to find one. I previously went to lavender nails, but they have a poor quality of work the last few times. So I decided to adventure into Ripon, and I found this nail salon in the heart of Ripon downtown. I was very happy with the service I received from the gal speaking great English, and being from Modesto it was a nice change to have a real conversation with a nail technician. I had acrylic gel's done with a pedicure. It's been more than 10 days now, and they are still intact. This is great news for me as I have struggled to find gel nail polish that actually stays on. I am hoping this will be my new nail salon. So I will be returning. read more

I decided to treat myself to Deluxe 4-1 pedicure box. $45 with color and paraffin dip manicure $25 total $70. She added a mango sea salt soak to water, rubbed mango scrub my and shaped and cleaned up my toe nails. She did a good job on my toe nails. Wish she'd left the shea butter on feet and legs longer. She squared my finger nails, I am not a fan of a square shape on my nails. She never did the paraffin dip on my hands which should have change it $20 manicure, total $65.. After she was done she said that will be $85... how? She said, she did nail gel on my toes...I didn't ask for. She said, ok, $80. Such an unexpected last minute price increase is too much for me. I love David and Kelly!! They both are super nice and always have a smile on their faces. Once you are a regular, they remember your name and pick up the conversation you were having with then two weeks prior. My daughter goes to see David or Kelly as well. She agreed with me that the nails don't lift and make the acrylics look as if they are your natural nail shape. Pedicures are amazing!! Comfortable massage chairs. Awesome package for great prices. You show them a Pinterest nail picture, they get it done. They are amazing! Give them a go! I know you will not be disappointed. I'm so sad. I came here after a long week of work and excited to get my nails done for the first time in a while since having my son. First off, my nails were cut into the most awkward shape, definitely not almond :( And about 2 days later, started chipping. I now have 2 nails with gel missing and haven't even had my nails done for a week. All the other nails are unevenly coated and have bubbles and dips in them. My nails look awful, like they were done over a month ago. I took a chance and came here because of the stars, but definitely not worth it. Wasted my money, sadly. read more

I went to Sky Nails after having gone to a different salon twice and losing a nail both times. Therefore, I tried Sky Nails. The difference was night and day. KT Nails in Ripon didn't clean up my cuticles and the nail lengths were uneven. The tech at Sky Nails was funny; she cracked jokes, and we laughed at the poor job the other salon had done in Ripon. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star review is that I wanted some nail art done and that has to be specifically scheduled, but for a walk-in they're fabulous. The full set was $50 because she had so much repair work. read more

Nice small nail shop & they all speak English which is nice. I didn't like the lady who did my toes or nails. She sucked. I think the older ladies are the worst at giving pedicures and manicures. (Sorry to say) First off i said don't cut my toe nails, i cut them before i came in for a reason and she still cut them beyond short! She also gave a 2 min massage if that. My manicure was bad to, why call it a manicure when you don't massage the clients hands or arms. She literally rubbed lotion on my arms and wiped it with a warm towel and that was it. Not to mention my shellac is already coming off in a week and they look awful super thick. Only came here because it was recommended. Won't be coming here ever again. read more

I was very excited to try this place because of the reviews. I came in for a new set of acrylic gel nails and a regular non gel pedicure. I had gel on my natural finger nails that were not completely soaked off/removed. I asked for a simple short square nail style with single color, nothing crazy or fancy. However, the female stylist didn't even file/ buff my nails prior to applying the acrylic powder now one nail is lifting off! This is 2 hours after getting my nails done!! Sadly, now there's stuff getting under between my nail and the fake nail. The gel color wasn't applied correctly as there are crooked lines and even missing polish in some places. Pedicure was okay, but it was probably the fastest and least enjoyable pedicure I've ever gotten. $50 for mediocre short nails and $30 for a regular pedicure. Sorry but I won't be returning. read more

I went here to get my nails done for my birthday. I got a mani pedi with acrylic and gel on my nails, gel on my toes. The lady that did my nails did a decent job on my pedicure, however the next day the polish on a few of my toes fell off. It just peeled off, it wasn't even on the nail, it was all over the skin. My acrylic nails started lifting the day after I had them done, and the shape wasn't what I wanted. It's possible the shape looked weird because I wanted them short, I'll give them that. The nail on my index finger came off completely, tearing up my nail. I probably won't be back, as I live in San Jose and don't visit Modesto often. read more

I don't recommend coming here. I came in for a fill and gel pedicure. They don't do a proper soak off for gel nail polish. They peel off your old gel and use dirty tools. The older lady who did my pedicure also ripped a piece of my nail off, then blamed me for having thin nails. She also painted on my skin to make it look like she didn't just rip my nail off. I won't be back. Also, they didn't know I spoke Vietnamese. I could hear them speaking rudely about me. read more

My 10 yo daughter and I went today for a pedicure, and had a wonderful time, everyone was kind and the ambiance was peaceful. We didn't have an appointment, but they had time for us. Recommended getting gels and that was a great decision-the colors are bright and they said the color shouldn't chip as easily. Lovely lavender scented foot soak, scrub and lotion. And the foot/leg massage with hot stone was amazing-a young man was helping me-he should become a massage therapist. Highly recommend going. Worth the price. read more
