When we called for a pick up at the airport a driver arrived with our car in the promised 15 minutes and when we got back to the car rental location to process the paperwork there was no line and I was quickly out the door. We priced compared for the weak rental of a jeep and they were definitely the best. They met us at the airport within minutes of getting our bags and checked on us via text a few days into our trip. These machines are no joke either modern Yamaha and Sea-Doo jet skis that'll absolutely fly across the water if you let them. Next thing you know, we're out there like a couple of overgrown kids checking off a bucket-list item I normally wouldn't splurge on. Another couple pulled up beside us and suddenly it turned into what felt like the Caribbean Grand Prix. Hard banking turns, hopping wakes, spraying each other with rooster tails of water like a bunch of irresponsible pirates. At one point it felt less like jet skiing and more like bumper cars on the ocean. The laughter, the shouting, the pure reckless joy of the moment it was childish, ridiculous, and absolutely unforgettable. I'm not saying we broke every rule... but I'm also not saying we didn't. Now don't get me wrong be responsible out there. These guys take safety seriously, with briefings, life jackets, and a safety boat nearby while you ride. But I'll say this: from the friendly staff to the convenient location (even our cab driver told us to go there), it turned into one of the most fun memories of the whole trip. Nobody got hurt, nothing got damaged, we didn't get hauled off by the marine police and somehow we rode back to the dock laughing like kids who just got away with something. I usually save my money for boat tours and cruises... but this? Totally worth it. One of the wildest, funniest afternoons I've ever had on the water.

Omar, our driver, was always on time and had the SUV in tip top shape. Clean inside and out and smelled nice. Omar did a great job navigating us back to the airport on the final day of Carnival. Continue to highly recommend Tropical Adventure - St. Thomas for the private SUV airport transfer.

The service was great!…read more I called Lisa she gave me a great price and had her husband meet us at the airport when we arrive and departed. She provided a child seat for my 2 year old daughter for free. The only gripe was that the care was completely bare boned. We had a tan Toyota Echo that had no power locks or windows and a noticeable amount of cosmetic damage on the outside. The interior had a "lived in" scent and was a little bit sticky to the feel. The child seat she lent us was I guess a bit old so it it would not tighten to the child safety latches well. If would bring my own child seat next time but it was very nice of her to provide it free of charge. For the roads in St Thomas, I would suggest getting some sort of compact SUV at the very least since it is speed bump heaven over there. Bottom line is the car was fairly priced, it had a motor and air conditioning. I would definitely rent from her again but I would probably upgrade to a slightly newer and better car.

There was no line so I was able to walk right up and get served. He had my online reservation in his system and check in was pretty smooth. I had expected to use AAA for roadside service but he said there is no AAA on the island so I had to pay and extra $35 for roadside in case anything happened. You walk out of the terminal and turn right to find your car. I had asked for a Corolla or something similar but we got a Nissan SUV. It seemed in good condition but was not cleaned. The main downside that I have experienced is that it has zero pickup on the hills of St. Thomas. We figured out how to EXIT and the check our guy, who obviously was high, thought we were returning our car. How? How is the exit the same as the entrance? He was a chatting us up about our trip until I finally said that we just arrived. He was incredulous. Anyway, he told us that there was a "major" power outage and sure enough, most of the stop lights did not work on the drive to our condo. That made things interesting shall we say.
