My suggestions would be to toast the bread a little to warm it up and to loosen it up a bit, cut the chicken thinner, cook it for less time or marinate it so it isn't so dry. It also wouldn't hurt to add a little more slaw and/or sauce to bring moisture back into the sandwich. Navin's customer service is top notch! For this reason, I would consider eating Trucking Delicious again, but I won't be eating the Jerk Chicken Sandwich.

They were cooked perfectly and were light and airy and topped with powdered sugar. Some may think the powdered sugar was excessive but I thought it was spot on and a huge hit with my kiddos. They came on sandwich as part of the "World Famous Meal Deal" and it was a MONSTER of a sandwich. Pulled Pork and Brisket piled as high as the plate could handle. The sandwich came out on a toasted brioche bun with the logo branded on it. The sandwich had a fair amount of pork on it but part was warm and part cold. It was chopped up well and had a nice smoky flavor to it. The Mac and cheese was a thicker style but needed a little more flavor to it. Baked beans had a more neutral flavor to them, they added a fair amount of pepper to them to help with flavor. Not bad at all. They were out of cornbread which being open just a couple of hours is unacceptable. I will give them a pass for this visit as they are obviously just getting on their feet. Hopefully it gets better.
