Later...a gentleman asked me for my ticket number. He waved me up front and said my food had been ready for 10 mns. I guess the beeper was not working. No apologies given...customers service not on point. Well, that needs to be fixed: beeper and service. I went home and devoured my burger with my family. It was so good even cold. The burger had a very thin black burnt patty sticking out of the large bun. It was One of the best burgers around next to Five guys. I air-fried my soggy fries. Not too bad. They both tasted good. I liked the oil they were fried in! I found 2 $10 off coupon in the bag,not sure if they snuck it in after they forgot about me or everyone gets them; but it put a bandaid on my wound.
