I've been here a few times but somehow never reviewed it; I think because the first visit was a Yelp thing soon after they opened. Well, today was another special event, because Wings sent me an email for a free meal. Essentially buy a drink, get some chicken. I popped in while running errands. They were shorthanded but the new guy did his best to get me taken care of, dealing with my ordering issue while handling others. I got the three tender box, which comes with fries or toast. I went for toast, and got Carolina Gold sauce since it was new and I like it. It was okay, fine but not the best I've had. The tenders were big, crispy outside/moist inside. The whole thing is a smallish meal, a light lunch or a snack (I mean, free meal, I expected that.) Good enough, filling enough. At a super good price and with good service. Regular price is about $10, not bad for what you get. Place is small, mainly carryout but with 10 or so seats. Clean, decent parking in the strip mall, easy highway access. I'll keep this in mind (and maybe go back for free meals before the offer ends. Oh, and there's a minor aviation theme, keeping with their name. I recently discovered this restaurant today 09/05/2025! Through my sister. It's absolutely delicious! I'm particularly fond of their grilled chicken tenders. Amazing wing flavors, Hot Garlic is probably the best wing flavor. Wings are tasty and good size. Always a fan favorite when we're in town.

Late night wings. This is the only spot close to me that's still open for wings after 1am. I never tried them and was praying for the best. I ordered 14 wings, half hot bbq/half garlic parm. My girl ordered 14 teriyaki. Also an order of lemon pepper tater tots (late night munchies). 5 blue cheese. I was not disappointed! Nice size flats and drums, cooked perfect, not overly sauced. I honestly love Wings Over and always get it at least once when I'm in town. The wing and tender combo never disappoints and I really like the honey mustard they have. The waffle fries are solid too! My mind is blown away by the amount of food this place gives for each order! I got 6 tenders, choosing the honey mustard and honey bbq for sauces. I must have received 8-10 tenders though! I had enough for two meals! They were delicious and had plenty of sauce. I like that they separate the flavors so the sauces don't mix too. I also got a side of garlic parmesan fries, which were fireee! A lot of the seasoning was at the top instead of evenly distributed, but shaking them off worked pretty well. Finally, I got the chocolate chip brownie to finish off the meal. It was soft and had plenty of chips! Very yummy. Been craving some sort of fried chicken and my friend turned me onto Wings Over Columbus so why not? I actually thought it was a bar but def not, its a small little pick up restaurant. Nice place to go grab some food and go. Def lots of parking, though not the easiest place to turn into. I got the 6 tenders meal which included a side and a drink. Its not too expensive for the amount lf food you get either. The 6 tenders gives you two sauce options which was great cause trying things is why i live. I chose the mango habanero and the fire buffalo, obvs testing the hottest options. Also got waffle fries cause yes. Anyways the tenders were so large, I was getting used to these dinky sized tenders but like were hefty chunks of chicken. The batter stayed crunchy with the sauce and drive home which was great! Sauce wise, I thought the fire buffalo was much better than the mango habanero. I was able to register it as spicy, not overly so but a good heat. The mango habanero wasn't too flavorful to me unfortunately. The tenders themselves, while large were a bit dry. Pro tip though, ask for garlic parm on your waffle fries! I'm sure any of their dry rubs would be good on the fries but I just felt like you can never go wrong with garlic parm. read more

Wings Over is one of my favorite places and I was so excited that one was opening up a minute from where I work. I went here on opening day and it was packed! I set an order for 12:30pm, but got it at 1:30pm. I understand that staff was bombarded and they had issues with some machines. But, it wasn't too bad because staff came out a few times and offered tater tot samples and little knick knacks. They were very nice! I got the honey mustard tenders and garlic parm tots. I really like their tots, they were so good, so flavorful and crispy! My tenders were also good, the sauce had good flavor, it just seemed a bit watery and toned down and I would like the tenders a bit more crispy or crunchy. I wasn't upset, as the whole meal was free and pretty good! I went back after this first time and didn't get as much food, for the same meal but it was still pretty delicious. I recommend this for a convenient meal, some yummy tenders, and good staff! Everytime I had an interaction with a staff member, they were very friendly and joyful, seemed happy to help. So I gave the new WingsOver Worthington some time to catch their breath after their recent opening. Got a 9-pack of trads along with a complimentary 6-pack to go. Wings were huge which was really nice! Felt the bread coating was mushy though, especially considering I asked for everything well done. They weren't. Also asked for sauces on the side and that didn't happen, which was disappointing. Sauces were sort of unremarkable. I got the order split with their Hot/Spicy Garlic and luckily ordered 3 sauce sides because their presentation was a bit dry for my tastes. One sauce side was their Ghost Pepper/Hot blend - it had some initial heat but zero build and no tears fell, as was advertised. Not a fan of their packaging. Though the heavy plastic dishes were vented, everything arrived moist and mushy. Waffle fries were good, but needed some time in the toaster oven to re-crisp. Wife seemed to like her (giant) chicken sandwich meal and cookie. Ordering via app was a little confusing, mostly a GUI issue. Pickup was easy as can be. Looked for a tip jar but wasn't one in sight and no option to tip when ordering that I saw? I'd try em again. I have seen Wings Over Columbus in Upper Arlington for a longtime. When it finally opened in Worthington, I was excited. I finally tried it. I had the 2 Tenders and 6 Wings Meal with Waffle Fries and drink, I paid a little more for the 20 oz. Bottle of Diet Coke. The delivery was great because their own employees deliver instead relying on DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats, and Postmates. My sauce was Kickin' BBQ which was sweet, smoky, and spicy which gave it great heat. Next time, I will try Honey BBQ for my wings and tenders. Best late night food in the area. I often find myself awake past midnight a lot and love wing places. Stopped by last night at 1:30 after driving around finding out that even the Taco Bells and McDonald's were closed. Staff here was not only still awake but was super welcoming despite being in closing-up-shop mode. Put in an order and then chilled in my car until I got a txt message everything was ready. Being open late they have some decent turnover due to food delivery services so there was like a 15 minute wait but then the food was hot and ready. While Wings Over Columbus is enjoyed and loved by so many( they do have 2 locations),I'm afraid that I am not one of those people. While I LOVE chicken , I am not a fan of their chicken. Wanted to like this place. I'd had a mediocre experience here before but thought I'd give them another shot. I ordered 6 wings with ranch tonight. The wings were actually cooked fairly well. A bit crispy and good sized. WAY over sauced though. Just too much. Maybe order the sauce on the side. The guy "working" was talking on his phone via speaker phone. Leaning on the counter and made no move to do anything. The young lady who actually got my food was pleasant. She also left one of her blond hairs in my wings. Trash customer service. They close fryers hours before time to close. If you don't place online orders mightiest we'll forget it. Delivery drivers never a thing for the company and they're systems are beyond behind. Formal complaints aren't a thing so the service that a customer should receive when they make mistakes are null and void. Avoid this place like the plague and note the manager Brittany is beyond rude and unprofessional. If you don't tell them exactly how you want your food it will be chickenless and burnt. Literally skin with no meat and the bread black. Use to be a decent restaurant but the GM Nathan isn't doing a good job at all with hiring employees. Had high expectations based on reviews but was very disappointed. Ordered tenders for kids with sauce on side but they ignored that and were smothered with sauce so kids couldn't eat it. Also asked my wings extra crispy but they were not crispy and smothered in sauce. the wings barely had any meat and sauce was not very good.
