We called Jim after another company told us we needed our chimney completely rebuilt for $18K, which is ridiculous considering our chimney is in great shape. Jim stopped by the next day, inspected our chimney, and told us very clearly that it was indeed in great shape, and just needed a new cap, repointing, and parging.
