Baseboards dirty, blinds dirty & to my displeasure, the fan in the master bedroom now has a broken pull & the broken part lying on the windowsill. When I called Mary, the owner she denied everything & wouldn't let me even speak while she stated over & over they did what they were contracted to do. I even sent her pics from the house after their 4-hr cleaning. She said she was at my home personally. How "as a business owner" can you justify this??? Honestly, Ray Charles could have done a better job. I would highly recommend looking for another service. This company is a disgrace. They make sure they charge "up front" before any work is done, now I know why. I only wish I could post before & after pics. Out of respect for their time, I showed them around quickly, and they got to work cleaning. I left the house with my dog for a bit, though they said we could stay to minimize interference. Within an hour to an hour and a half, they were done. The cost was $140. When I came back, everything looked okay at first glance. However, later, I found debris still in the corners. The water was dirty when I mopped my floor a week later. For context, I have a tiny dog whose paws get wiped on entry. I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.
